Pinkbullet3
(Yeah, go live in the poor ghetto you [bleep]ing noob.) It really pisses me off when [bleep]ing noobs like this guy say "Buy power ammy" or "Sell willlow logs." Ffs, it's BUYING and SELLING. If you say "Buy power ammy," it's like you're telling ME to buy it (which I don't [bleep]ing want to). And same for "Sell willow logs." -.- God damn. No, I don't care if you're lazy. It's 3 [bleep]ing letters that you need to attach to the end. ^ Blog.
Bassy
If I have whatever item they've chosen to buy, I like to go through the adventure that is hypothetical situations in which I have a certain item that they have chosen to announce themselves in the process of buying, and that it seems to be a mere coincidence that I am interested in selling said item, but I'm looking for someone who is in the process of bartering for it. They get confused, and I get a chuckle out of it. It's impossible to solve this situation, so why not have fun with it? :? Mico
It' s just shor for buying or selling, yes it' s grammaticaly not correct in any way or form but I don' t know why it bugs you so much. I mostly use buying and selling in complete sentences, but if I' m bored or wan' t to get it over with I just use buy . DragonPurse
I think we should all use WTB (want to buy), WTS (want to sell), WTT (want to trade) would make it much easier ^^ Anyway back on topic, Runescape is a grammatical hell, don't let it bother you and just ignore the blatant spelling mistakes, I gave up on correcting noobs for a long time now, they don't appreciate it in any way and will just curse at you... :|

Mylez
pretty poor rant. I can see how this is annoying at times, but why get worked up over it? There isn't really anything wrong with shortening sentances, making it faster for them to type. People get the idea. They understand that he is looking to buy a Power Amulet.. :P

It's 3 [bleep] letters that you need to attach to the end. You get what they mean, right? As long as that's the case, what's the problem? It's shorter to type it that way. Also, if you want to be consequent, you should in the future type out ffs too, because technically you could see buy as an abbreviation of buying. Dirkmetal
Would you rather have him use an auto typer so he could use proper grammar, and still type fast? No? Okay. /thread
Numberkills
And wouldn't buying and selling be the present progressive tense i.e. you're doing it at that moment? So theoretically, you would say buying or selling during the trade. Pinkbullet3
I'll admit I did take this rant a little far in all the swearing and whatnot. I can also tolerate things pretty well, and while I do understand that the person is trying to buy or sell something, RS is, indeed as DragonPurse mentioned, a grammatical hell. In the future, I'll try to put some more meat into my rants. *sigh* ^ Blog.

There are much worse typing people in Runescape. And did you think he would appreciate you when you took time out of both your lives to correct him by saying "add three letters"? Waste of time for both parties. And "go live in the poor gheto"? Are you kidding me? People from the gheto talk much worse than that. This whole rant is full of fail in my opinion. We have all seen this so many times, and we know what they mean. So get over it. In my opinion, your in the wrong here. Yes, I did know what he wanted. I got over it the moment he left the bank. As I have said earlier, I can tolerate things fairly easily (notice how I did not insult the person in any way during the conversation). I came here to the Rants forum to vent my frustration. As I have also said earlier, I admit my rant was poorly written, as I did not give much for the forum users to talk about. I will keep this in mind next time I have/make a rant. I just wanted to tell how I did not like it when people used "buy" or "sell" in the incorrect fashion. That is all. Thanks. ^ Blog.
