Seraphi
[hide=] Weaponized lasers. Weaponized lasers sort of, but no countries in the game were actually researching them then. And since you said you were essentially starting at 2025, you wouldn't necessarily. [/hide] Oh hey, I have lasers. Doom, you seem to have missed every request I have made so far, so I'll ask again. Would you like to research space battleships together, since my lasers are very viable to use as space weaponry? My army is now way up there in the high millions, thanks to not requiring humans in my forces. I would once again like to ask everyone to help with the FTL travel before you start colonising planets that are 20+ lightyears away. A new model of Icarus drone has been created for stealth missions. It can't be seen on a radar and can manipulate a screen that covers it to blend into its background. I'm naming them Reaper drones. Seraphi
Also Norway would like to help with the FTL project, even though it is impossible. Nothing is impossible! You just have to put your mind to it! :^o Alright I have a bit of an odd request. I'm curious as to what everyones Myers-Briggs personality type is, as I think you can correlate your type to how you run your country in this game. So, if you have the time, could you guys take the test here and post what type you got? Cheers. Nero
I've begin to build a new warship. Prototype should be done in 2 years. It should be ready in about 5 years, if all goes well. Research first. And where exactly would you be building this warship (space warship?)? Germanian news: More volunteers are flocking to the military, in anticipation of another war in Europe. Good advantage of a pagan religion that heavily emphasizes warfare :). Around a million more have joined the military, and are being rushed through training. This brings Germanian military strength to around 25 million active, plus at least 10 million in reserves. Vienna Raszyn Warsaw Klushino
Wisp
I think that would literally be the limit for an army, due to logistics, with an empire your size. Though of course if you were ever attacked you could always conscript like crazy and logistics matter less if it's their land and lives they're fighting for. Though of course if you were ever attacked you could always conscript like crazy and logistics matter less if it's their land and lives they're fighting for. Oh of course. Really that much is overkill, but I like to have a nice buffer to dissuade against invasion. A lot of the recruits are coming from Germania's African territories, where there isn't very many job opportunities (working on that one), so the military is a very good option for full-time employment that grants you great benefits (full health and dental care, housing, food, etc). Oh and to Findenland: In case you missed my edit to one of my posts above: I'm willing to give you $10b, but no more. Considering you paid $50b as you claim for Tunisia, I think it's fair compensation considering you also get the aforementioned islands off the coast of Africa as well. Other Germanian news: Project Framework has been started, and aims to increase production capabilities all across Germanian lands, which should raise the overall GDP per capita by around $1000. Project Snow has also been started, with the aim to colonize the arctic isles and inner Greenland, which is possible now due to the drug that was developed on Haven. The research into a spray that would boost crop output by 300% is almost complete as well, and should be done in a years time. Germania has also started a project (not on Haven) with the aim of creating a new plant by taking different types of animal and plant DNA that could grow in tundra environments and be edible by humans. Hopefully the seeds will be ready for mass production sometime in the next 5 years. The new heavy artillery-tanks are coming along production nicely, and the first couple have been deployed in Inner Germania. They'll now be called Scorpions. (Oh haha I just remembered those are the Halo tanks as well #-o ) Vienna Raszyn Warsaw Klushino
Wisp
Just for the record, my military is roughly 13 million total. We also have 12,000 elite spec ops. Since spec ops soldiers themselves can only serve for a few years before their bodies catch up to them, the majority of those 12,000 are held in cryogenic sleep (they can opt out of that, but most want to serve their country and nothing else) until they are needed, so they don't age. They are awakened periodically though. Hegemony-Spain
