Shelby_Polo
I suggest TIF should create a Funorb Forum. I understand the main reason for not adding one is: "This is a Runescape fansite; not a Jagex fansite". Now we have a Mechscape forum which has no relation to RS other than Jagex. So I say the previous argument is obsolete. Another argument I found someone give was, "not enough interest". I can't believe someone would think a Funorb forum couldn't get as much discussion as the PvP section or even Mechscape. No facts can support if it will or not, but I honestly think it would :? I'm trying to shed some light on the idea and argue the arguments. : Your reason as to why we should or shouldn't have a Funorb forum would be greatly appreciated  Suggest a poll for Tip.it - Here! Rainy_Day
From my experience, the Official FunOrb forums were not that active, which suggests that a board for the game created here would also be inactive and not often used. Plus I'm not so sure there is much to discuss in regard to FunOrb anyway, it's a site for minigames. :? Mechscape is different is it is going to be similiar to RuneScape in the amount of work/detail going into it, hence there is more to discuss. doomy
We have a mechscape forum? *looks* Edit: found it.. XD Yeh I can see your point, it won't hurt anyone even though there might not be a huge amount of activity. Doomy edit: I like sheep
obfuscator
While it certainly wouldn't "hurt", I know the mods/admins try to refrain from adding forums that aren't going to be used, as it means new moderators, new policies, and probably more which I'm not aware of. As Rainy_Day said, the official ones aren't very active, so it would probably be more pain than gain were one to be added. In terms of the mechscape forums, they hype around the game before it has even been released has already created a decent amount of activity in that board. Danqazmlp
Personally, i think a single forum much like the Mechscape discussion forum titles 'FunOrb Discussion' wouldnt actually be a bad idea. I think it would be fairly active, not eneral discussion style, but definately up to par with the mechscape discussion, maybe even more so as it has actual thing to discuss unlike the speculation of Mechscape. Also, it would be really fun to have a small forum like that in which we could run some mini-tournaments on tipit, with funorb games. Want to be my friend? Adam007
When funorb came out there was a big push from some users to make a forum for it, but at the end the general consensus was that it just wasn't needed because there really wasn't enough to talk about. I think instead there was a sticky or a few threads in the video game discussion board about it.
Shelby_Polo
From my experience, the Official FunOrb forums were not that active, which suggests that a board for the game created here would also be inactive and not often used. To me, that doesn't suggest ours would be the same; I personally try to stay away from those forums for the same reason I stay away from RSOF. :| As for the 'push' of a Funorb Forum when it came out; there was very few games then and the ones there where out, weren't big like AoG, Arcanists and Zombie Dawn Also, it would be really fun to have a small forum like that in which we could run some mini-tournaments on tipit, with funorb games. I like that idea. Suggest a poll for Tip.it - Here!
jimmy_jim
I don't think having a FunOrb forum would hurt. It may not generate much activity, but it would be around par with the MechScape discussion board. I play FunOrb quite often and it would be nice to have somewhere to discuss and post pictures of my various achievements in the game. ;) RIP Michaelangelopolousu can control my tip it account, but youll never control how fine i am!This is by FAR my favorite song: I love N_odie and would never edit his posts! Mirror
I wouldn't mind seeing a Funorb forum. I've been playing more funorb than runescape nowadays and think it would be on par with Mechscape Discussion. Could build a little community in that forum as well. A reflection is just a distorted reality held by glass and your mind.
BeatleMusic
I would be happy to see a FunOrb forum on here too. I was brought to RuneScape via FunOrb and I am very knowledgeable about that website. I am pretty sure it would get some good discussion. I have a few things I would like to discuss on a FunOrb forum as well.
RayOxide
There's only 2 people here who really actually play FunOrb avidly that I have seen often enough. Omali and me. Seriously, a forum wouldnt be too bad, it's not a hard thing to do, and the low amount of posts in there gives a reason to do it and not to do it. Simple in a way. EDIT: I'm for this, alot. The Official forums suck so I stray from there and not many friends on my list play FunOrb games, so I'll post in there pretty often, especially regarding Arcanists. I dont need a siggy no moar.

Sam
It's definitely a good idea, even if wasn't amazingly active on the official FunOrb forums doesn't mean it wouldn't be popular. We have a reasonably large regular visitor base on this forum too, so it's best to test the idea first; Add a forum for a set period in which the administration can monitor the activity of the forum and see if it actually works. 2257AD.TUMBLR.COM
ladylinux
Why not make an "Other Jagex Games" forum where you can discuss subgames of Funorb and Mechscape.
Danqazmlp
Why not make an "Other Jagex Games" forum where you can discuss subgames of Funorb and Mechscape. Well once Mechscape is actually released, i can see the current Mechscape forum being totally inundated, and i think if we mixed the both, they would only need splitting up again once Mechscape is released. I think Das forgot about it, i think he needs reminding of the "i'll see what i can do" comment : Want to be my friend? n_odie
It was discussed and right now, we are waiting to see if it would be supported. How much discussion would there be, how many people would activly use it? Seems right now there isn't much interest. I know this was already mentioned, just wanted you to know we are still considering it and das is "seeing what he can do." :P RIP MichaelangelopolousThanks to cowboy14 for the pimp sig!
