Brilliant guide. Makes me tempted to restart Farming again.

Anyway, something that you've probably mentioned, using the Falador shield at the Draynor/Falador allotment is supposed to give you more exp when you farm there.

I no i spelt ahrim wrong, but i was tired and stressed, ok?

Would it be worth it to plant tortstol in just the Trollheim patch while continuing to plant snapdragon in the other patches? I currently am working towards jujus but currently do not have them. I have magic secs and use super comp obviously and my farming level is 87. Currently I am planting snapdragon in all patches.

With torstol you need about 8-9 herbs to break even (well it was this many last time I checked). It's hard to get that many without juju, so I'd say stick to snaps.

There is really only 1 way to describe this guide... AMAZING! Learned tons, and used the info from it to write out my own farming run so I never have to think to myself "ok now what do I need for these?" again! Honestly, I don't think there's anything you could possibly add to make this better. Now then, it's time i get my farming hat on! :D

This guide is outdated a bit, but still contains a lot of useful information and covers the basics. So if this was to be updated (HH- fruit tree, new lunar spells, and new shrooms that make a decent profit, and maybe more?) this guide would really be a 10. Also if you can afford over 20 torstol seeds, and you have enchanted secateurs, jujus, scroll of life and trollheim patch ALWAYS DO TORSTOLS. Most xp/run, most gp/h, and with all bonus things you get an average of 10 seeds per patch. Torstols > Snaps

But because of the outdated information this gets an 8 (out of 10)

I enjoyed reading the guide and it really helps seeing other guides before I make a fool of myself by showing mine.

One thing I didin't see in there and i'm not sure if you forgot to mention it.

Cactus spines grow back every time you do a herb run so it's an extra 18k if you can make an easy trip to Al kharid.

This guide has taken me from 20 something to 96. Thanks. Gonna get 99.

Sorry for not updating this guide very much, guys, and I don't think I ever will keep this guide 100% modern.

However, I did decide to upload a quick video guide on modern herb runs which can be found in General Guide and at the top of the OP. If you are looking for an up-to-date guide on herb runs, it should more than suffice.

This guide has always been an institution and originally piqued my interest in Farming. After gaining 80+ on 3 accounts, and 94 on another; I'm now devoting my playing time to getting an untrimmed cape on my latest account - seeds have been stockpiled, so it's now just a matter of time and dedication.

Cheers.
