This may belong in the off-topic: tech and computers section though.Being a board moderator in T&C, I don't think it would do much good there. People who do not frequent T&C only drop in when their computer is acting up and the majority of those who do frequent T&C do not play Runescape. It's currently consuming 1920K of my ram, and that's barely 19 MB. So, odds are your computer can run it :PI played transparent RuneScape in HD using WiFi internet, and I hardly lagged at all (sure, I lost connection at one point, but that's my fault for not using LAN :razz:). And, in the preview pic I posted, I wasn't lagging at all - neither in RS nor in my FontStruct page. So it's a surprisingly small program, using a feature that's already built-in in Windows (I think it existed back in XP, and I also think command lines in Visual Basic can manually evoke the transparency of a form.
