Name your strange habits

Quirks is the word I believe... Not sure.

But some things for me are:

1. I cannot buy anything, ANYTHING!

Unless the box it comes in is perfect.

Everytime I'm at Best Buy buying a DVD or some [cabbage]...

I'll waste 15 minutes, looking at every copy, seeking out scratches or messed up plastic wrap or dents, or any imperfections.

I have to buy the one that looks perfect, even if there's 100 copies to choose from, I'll look through/at just about all of them before picking the perfect one.

2. I never sleep with any pillows. (This really isn't a habit, just thought I'd post it)

3. Everything in my room has to be neat or in chronological order. Shoe boxes, clothing, CDs especially. Although in college that's been quite hard to follow.

4. I'm a neat freak to stupid things. My bank account must be an even number with no cents..I transfer those to my checking...but I also don't check my accounts that often, so I guess not seeing it is good enough.

5. If I'm at home with friends over, I have to be the last person to go to sleep. I just cant have guests be awake after me.

Hmm...Wow. People have told me I am a perfectionist, but I didn't ever put all of my habits together at once.

I have OCD, so I have quite a few.

One of my recent ones is constantly getting drinks of water late in the evening. I always need to get a drink of water when I go to bed, and lately I often hop into bed or organise myself for bed and then decide I need another drink. Of course, I think it's mainly psychological, but nonetheless it is a habit, and an annoying one.

Don't really know if I got any strange habbits. Some people may find it strange that I get dressed and walk for an hour or two in the middle of the night when I can't sleep.

I dont know if its a habbit but I have a thing with even and solid numbers in either 2's or 5's. Like when I weightlift I rarely do burnouts because it bothers me to stop on 13 instead of stopping on 12 or 15.. yeah I guess its a problem my friend makes fun of me for it constantly. there was something else I applied it too but I cant remember at the moment.

Yeah I do the whole cracking knuckles thing, wish I could stop but I can't.

And abit like AThousandLies i have to have a pint of orange squash with me when i sleep incase i get really thirsty, but 9 out of 10 morning i wake up with it untouched and it goes to waste.

Also I refuse to get out of bed without a cup of coffee to greet me.

Another annoying thing I do is correct peoples grammar (I hate myself  ).

When I drink milk, I almost always drink it out of a solid (not translucent) glass or cup, it seems to taste better. Chocolate milk is exempt from this, and I can drink it out of either opaque or translucent glasses.

Sounds like a very mild case of OCD, nothing to worry about, as you obviously seem to have it under control. :)

I don't really have many habits like those...

I have to have a pillow or something on my stomach when I sleep, even if laying on my back. I can't call it a habit, but I seriously am uncomfortable without something there, but I can get by. Has something to do with the fetal position at birth I think.

Dont you bail the person out of jail, and get the money back once they appear for their court date? I had no idea you could bail someone out of a court date.
