January 22, 201016 yr Wait to chat you have to pay? Did I hear this right...? ...I mean, really... No. You use up one Horn when you chat in the Global Chat, which means the whole game population can hear you. In order for a decrease of spam, the developers require a sacrifice to talk. Throughout the game, when completely tasks you aqcuire Horns and other such treasures. Sure you can buy horns yourself, however that would be a complete waste. You can still talk in your Clan (Alliance) chat, and in Private Chat for free.
