You cannot gain any resources from flatlands, but you can build a new city on them if you have a high enough position.According to the game guide, you have to have a high enough position. Gotten pretty far, but once you get going it turns into a game that you can only play for a couple of minutes out of boredom, I have a feeling it's going to suck when PVP becomes active, since you won't know when/if you are being attacked... Build a high level spy camp, watchtower, set a zerg amount of soldiers to defence mode in your parade ground, get a few more legends because they have higher combat bonuses, and fortify your ramparts. It also wouldn't hurt to invest in a high level warehouse to store your goods. By the way, once protection expires, wait 6 hours and go into peace mode by clicking on Ruler tab. That's what a Watchtower is for...? And if your worried about PvP save up your resources and train a massive army on the seventh day. Make it varied too. I would imagine if you got attacked it would be by a bunch of halbadiers (sorry can't spell), so make the type of troops that beat them (rangers, I think?). Read the task guide for proof :cool: You also need 100k gold, food, wood, stone and copper to construct a sub city. Correct? GAH! I like the game I was struggling with carpel tunnel in my right hand/arm, so this new game was the break I was looking for to ease CT. I also like the fact that I dont have to sit and grind over a skill... I still play Runescape but not much these days. I like being in the alliance as well makes it more fun to sit back and chat with folks.

It's given to you in the form of spoils of war. depends on what level wildland, level 2 wildland for example i seem to get up to 80+, while for level 0 i get usually less than 10 atm, probably also varies with other factors, eg size of army, level of legends etc

January 25, 201016 yr Okay, just applied for Golden Horde. Still slowly but surely building up my city. I'll probably play this on the side of MW2/WaW on 360 and Runescape, because its that kinda game where you don't have to sit at your computer for hours on end :P. I'm still learning though. Pretty confused atm (I can't even remember which server I joined Oo).

January 26, 201016 yr Just realised that I'm on royal garden... It says so in the URL :wall:. Okay, I'm pretty much powering through my resources at the moment. Not too excessively, but quite fast. Only got 3K wood left :o. All around me there's level 6+ wildy, so I gotta go further north for some lvl 0 or 1 wildy, but they're all flatland and I don't wanna invade a piece of land that won't give me anything I can benefit from (I've got enough on my plate taking care of one city at the moment :P). Nearly 1K rep :D.
