Basically 300,000 Indonesian troops attacked the part near Indonesia, which I think you gave an Indonesian victory (correct me if I'm wrong). Meanwhile, 100,000 combined Indonesian and Singaporean troops attacked the other part of Indonesia.

I would gladly accept the proposal.

2. Japan forms a military alliance with Indonesia.

3. Indonesia invades part of Malaysia, which Indonesia sees as liberation, though other countries may not.

4. Singapore and Indonesia jointly attack the rest of Malaysia, citing Indian takeover as a reason.

5. International community condemns Singapore and Indonesia strongly, but thus far does nothing. (Since we have to wait for the actual players to do something. So far the nations which are mostly likely to do something, have done nothing, so you cannot assume the rest of the world either.)

Retech has taken control of a NPC country and thrown it into a war with another NPC country, which was aligned with Rocco, and then claimed the first NPC country as a protectorate incase Rocco invades it for attacking the other NPC country.

The Concert of Europe was an informal gathering of European powers which would basically tell America to get stuffed and make Europe great again. However I dropped the idea because I was controlling NPC countries, which Dusty, Sere and Retech disagreed with.

Anyway Germany doesn't have the gold reserves, so you will have to raise taxes. Otherwise I have no problem with you buying up the supplies...I have already brought millions of tonnes of the commodites...enough to flood the market for the next 5 years.
