February 6, 201016 yr Doug Keyser from Watchtower is pretty good, as is Alex Webster who was mentioned earlier. Also, Lars Norberg of Spiral Architect would deserve a mention since he plays on a fretless bass, and pretty well at that. Maybe a little too technical for his own good though.

Playing super fast gets boring after a while. It sounds too "regular guitar-like". Honestly I made it through ~2 minutes of each of the posted videos before I got bored. He's so....weird and awesome haha I love it. How bout some less technical or funky and some simple guys with some style? One of my favorite bass lines is Death Cab's I Will Possess Your Heart, simple but awesome haha
