We wanted to make sure that players felt more rewarded for doing every treasure trail and not just rely on blind luck to get a treasure trail-only reward or cool pieces of costume. There will be plenty of USELESS rewards to fill those 100% item trails.. Also, new 3rd age sets coming. Perhaps..  I don't expect any change to the gear other then a little drop due to more items being available. It is still the rarest gear in the game.
