i had a funny first few days on runescape... i think they were funny anyways... i had gotten like 500 of air and mind and arrows, from Vanaka, (i was like "hi there how are you?") and the mage person....(i also said hello) ((but i was soooo frieked out i kept speaking to people and not getting a reply and was like aaaaah is this how the game is???? and when i fought the rat i was like oh no i am gonna die!!!!!...)) then i get off island and i am like what?!?!?!?! where did my runes and arrows go? i was so mad lol, but after getting over it i bought newbie map from lumby store, and went to varrock. i saw somebody selling i think it was full addy for like 40k so being new, i went and said"ok" traded and offered 40 gp lol. then he explained that k means thousand.... so i was like... what?!?!?! are you crazy... he was like no then he gave me full iron for 40 gp.... he said for me to follow him so i did and he goes south and he takes me to the dark mages/wizards where demon is... i die and he laughed... i still need to find him..... burrito something lol. i was like fight me fight me.... he was like no way your to little....(he was like level 70 i think.... maybe 80..)

nice story. It captured the feeling of what it would actually be like to be a real person in Runescape. :D

wonderful...........if runescape was like that, it would be perfect, instead of everyone saying like: augh ur such a n00b you don't have full rune! except it has gotten worse........im going to do that from now on, and start a team, the runescape resistance team. (resistance against those evil people by the way.)

The damn sailor didnÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t know how to sail us back to Asgarnia, and now IÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢m stranded here in Misthalin with nothing but a Bronze Dagger and a Wooden Shield. Hmm, my first day? I started I think the day they added 6 servers back in classic.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

But anyway, I learned my way around pretty easily I believe, my daily routine was the goblin house. I would kill goblins and pick up iron daggers, travel to the varrock weapon store, and sell the daggers. I made enough money to buy steel and iron an was then training in goblin village.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

My friend Brandon, the friend that showed me Runecape, showed up in bronze legs, a red cape, a necklace, and a leather armor. He bragged that he didn't need the armor I had becuase his defence was so high.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I was level maybe 20 at the time and he said he was in his 40's. I later found out about 3 years later that he was only level 16.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I too didn't start on Tutorial but I started with 5 att, def, and str and I can't quite remember what items you started out with, but it was either a bronze or iron long I believe, I'm leaning more towards bronze.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

If you were a mage, you started with a staff, black wizard hat, and black wizard top along with 7 range.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ranger got 10 arrows and a short bow and 7 range(if that was it?).

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Miners got a pic axe and 7 mining

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

then there were adventurers. a tinder box, bronze hatchet, and level 3 in all those skills of the other starters.

I remember first joining and being greeted by someone calling me a noob because I didn't know how to move. Got most my money in the earlier days by mining and smithing bronze daggers and selling them to the sword shop in Varrock :oops:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Lol, I got the money for my first rune pickaxe exclusively from smithing various iron/steel items and selling them to general shops.
