July 10, 201115 yr Depends where you go. I know Canada (or at least where I live) is pretty stringent on that. I feel jealous of the US's 350 GB internet cap when we're stuck with numbers from 10-60 GB. :(

There's a lot of legitimate excuses for not having/using the internet on your console.
