I didint buy one yet, but i hope microsoft releases a bug free xbox in the future...

Unattainable deadlines were placed on the factories and unfortunatly the quality has been lowered in order to produce more quantity. Without decent quality control these kinds of things happen. MS should not have released for the christmas market, by trying to get in early to beat the PS3 and Revolution they have unfortunatly got themselves in a big whole. I recently reformatted my HDD and installed my XP CD, and it says my CD is pirated. Woo hoo! No more automatic updates! :roll: Thank god for Firefox. I don't know what I'd do without it.
November 24, 200520 yr alot of problems it seems is the cooling of the unit... i think MS should have put a heat sink and fan for every CPU ... cause really think about it... 3 CPU's each clocked at 3.2 Ghz a GPU and 512 Mb of Ram all stuck in a little box with only 1 fan... well i am just glad i am getting mine at Christmas and all the bugs should be out

Hhaha Sony is better, but their ps2 had more complaints about disc read errors than stupid statements made by you! :roll: My 360 is working just fine and I plan on keeping it that way.

November 24, 200520 yr The first products are always defective, you ought to know that lol. Yep, it happens quite often. My friend bought a first-gen PS2 and after three months he was no longer able to play any sort of DVD on it. I know the price. I pay it gladly.

No. This is a very complex system and it's stupid for anyone to expect there not to be any problems. Granted, if mine were messed up I would be frustrated,angry, cussing too. But, my point is that for the sheer amount of units they've sold and the complexity of the console I think they've done a pretty good job.
