We declared on Dragonwood and they declared on us at pretty much the same time. We wanted different kinds of fights, though, so we decided to have two separate fights and count both towards the tip.it rankings.

Dragonwood started by piling me while we piled DaShangBang (well, I think it was him :P). I wasn't expecting to be piled, but quickly got my prayer on and started tanking as best I could. Our first pile dropped and we went onto another one, who died shortly after I did. From then on we didn't really look back and simply extended our lead. When we had 19 people and DW had about 9, they left the portal.

I wasn't sure how high we'd pull and whether Dragonwood would gain, but the starting appeared to be pretty much the same as it had been for the matched. We got off to a very quick start and were up about 10 kills to 4 very early on. Our numbers gradually decreased as the hour grew later, but we maintained a ~10 person lead for most of the fight, although it did grow to just under 20 at some points and we averaged about 3-4 people more than DW. However, as our numbers continued to drop, we noticed that Dragonwood was beginning to grow closer and closer to our numbers. Finally, both clans had 31, and the final struggle began.

 

With about 10 minutes left, both clans had about 30 people left and the difference in kills was less than 7. The numbers fluctuated - one second, TR would have 31 and DW would have 29. Shortly after, that'd be reversed. The difference in kills decreased further to about 5. Having seen this, our fall-in leader went into beast mode and we extended the lead once more to 7-8, and then back up to 10. DW had a last minute effort, but it was to no avail.

 

The Rising ending: 31 people, 141 kills

 

Dragonwood ending: 30 people, 134 kills

We did great, we were down by a lot most of the fight numbers-wise. We picked up the slack at the ending and ended with only 6 less kills, which is great since TR is top 15. Thank you for the fight, probably the most fun we've had in months. Was pumped and all our leaders did great. Pretty sure I beat Zafia to a CWA race, and we won the bank race.

I got dropped at the matched, was 3rd pile and pressed the wrong tab and got raped when i went to swap for range prayer :(.

 

We did well in the matched, you did good in the CWRI at some points i thought u piled other people then pile me :(
