A knee jerk reaction requires no logic, it simply happens when it happens ...:rolleyes: So then by that logic trying to predict one is silly. lol. so is all of technical analysis in trading, but then i guess ignoring a hundred-billion dollar business is inconsequential. OT: also, considering dragon defender doesn't change overall rank order for chaotic weaponry (maul>cls>rapier), i don't think it's actually that big of a deal. on the other hand, damage reduction is. 1. Contrary to what you think otherwise, it's not *ALL* about *YOU*. There aren't a lot of chaotic weapons out there comparatively speaking and they cannot be bought and sold. There's other players out there playing who cannot wield or equip those weapons. Get over yourself. 2. The original question asked was "why would the release of the Dragon Defender cause the price of the whip to rise". My answer was knee-jerk reaction. 3. I am not saying that whips will go up in value, I am merely providing reasons for why it might happen.
