Completed the main storyline (w/all the loyalty missions and junk) on Insanity in Mass Effect 2 while keeping all my squad alive, which is pretty much my benchmark of awesome for the year so far.

Beat ME2 so far as well, though Tali died on the last mission yet it never showed me how. Oh well, never really cared about her anyways.

Rayman 2 the great escape (PS1)

Rayman 2 the great escape (N64)

both great games, though the N64 version is better then the PS1 version, because it has more levels and more lums

There are a few ways she bites it.

[spoiler=SPOILERS.]She might die if you don't have every ship upgrade.

Having her head the fireteams at all or do the infiltration section while unloyal guarantees her death. Notably, she's best for the infiltration, it's just loyalty is the determining factor.

Having her in the hold-the-line scenario might get her killed as she isn't built for combat, but it depends on who is alongside her. You'd need at least a lot of strong members to make sure she doesn't die. And ALL must be loyal. The trick to this one is that each member of the squad has a "defence" value assigned to them and is modified by if they're loyal. In order of death priority if the "defence value" isn't reached is as follows: any non-loyal squad members, Mordin, Tali, Kasumi, Jack, Miranda, Jacob, Garrus, Samara/Morinth, Legion, Thane, Zaeed, Grunt. In other words, Grunt is the best at holding the line.

If you use her to escort the survivors back (provided you didn't screw around after the crew gets abducted), she must be loyal to guarantee she survives. Otherwise seeker swarms get her.

Also, if she is not loyal during the final battle, she'll die when the platforms are knocked downward.

Hell, you can go after the base early if you're so inclined, the game just makes it clear that doing so is a very, very bad idea.

I was going to eat hot dogs for dinner tonight. I think I will settle for cereal.

OPEN WIDE HERE COMES THE HELICOPTER.

[spoiler=More spoilers]It's a good idea to send someone like Mordin to escort the crew back, and in general have your weaker characters with you when you fight the boss. Loyalty more or less guarantees survival for both those cases, and it's only when holding the line that your loyal characters could die, I think...

I hate to double post but I just did this. Was looking forward to seeing 54/54 on the achievements dealie, then it added the shadow broker ones.

I once met a man named Jesus at a Home Depot. Is this the Messiah returned at last?

And i once beat someone named Jesus in a chess game. Does that mean I'm smarter than the messiah?

^ Gave up on Normal when I realized that pretty much every enemy could 1 hit Micaiah, even with def/HP boosts. Even the knight they give you is squishy :ugeek:

Can add Pokemon White to the list, I made it to the credits but didn't bother with any of that postgame stuff except for finding Kyurem and visiting the forest.

@mask: why not? All the post-game crap in pkmn white/black is mostly worth doing. That and you literally gain access to every good pkmn in the series (namely tyrannitar, metagross, snorlax, and lucario). Oh, and you can add marvel: ultimate alliance 2 to the list. Found that game's fighting fun, but the story/overall game was cruddy beyond belief.

Fallout: New Vegas(The Caesar's legion missions were hilarious), Fallout 3(meh), Ork campaign of Dawn of War: Retribution (CAPTAIN BLUDDFLAG, I'VE GOT ELDAR BLOOD ON ME. IT'S SHINY) Dawn of War 1, DA, Masseffect 1&2 (kind of meh in my opinion, same for DA).

Wanted to try another starter and different pokemon. There were a lot that I wanted to use in the main game and I only tried a handful. As of now, going through it again with Snivy.

Beat Dragon Age 2 though.

@mask: if you want a challenge, try the 'defensive-offensive' team I came up with. Team consists of snivy, audino, scraggy, alomomola (for water hm's), vullaby (for fly), and either throh or the rock-crab guy. Team is tougher to use at first, but with the right levels/moves, is near unstoppable (especially when the rock crab learns shell break). Oh, and I just beat pkmn platinum. Game was boring as hell, not reccomended for fans of the series, or any general person who doesn't want mental anguish.
