I'm trying to get back into slayer so I was just wondering if it would be worth it. MY CAPES! It's not expensive, and it saves quite a bit of time on the way to 99 slayer/max melees. I just got 5 effigies from steel dragons in about 10 kills.Does that means that they have a 1/2 drop rate for effigies?Obviously... they do because I got five effigies in ten kills.
