May I ask what is so special about the Hexhunt bow? I know it's the wrong topic, but I've seen it in quite a few rants.

brb hitting 450s on necrolord shortbow speed

I believe the Slayer drops (Doomcore, Blood Necklace, Hex, etc) are 1/16, but it seems the hood drop was lowered to 1/32 or 1/64. I've seen maybe a dozen hood drops over 33m exp, but a friend is on 93 dungeoneering no hood after dozens of spiders.

Actually, it is possible to find night spiders on c1 occults, just that, like slayer monsters on c1s (pyrefiend, hands) they are quite rare.

This may be kind of rubbing it in but I got my hood at 51 dungeoneering. It was funny. It was dunging with a bunch of idiots on W117, I killed the spider, lagged, didn't get the hood drop. I was able to convince the guy, who didn't have a hood, that it was complete garbage and to give it to me. Hehe. Never even felt bad about it. Good luck.

Hood compared to other slayer drops, aren't that rare. I've gotten two hoods on the same day once doing an occult floor and

another hood in about 5-6 days after that. All it takes is patience. I've seen 100+ without a hood before. Trust me. :thumbdown:

Got my hood at 77 Dungeoneering at last. My friend was so annoyed.

I have killed about the same amount and have never got one either. I feel so noob without one when the rest of my team has hoods its cramping their style X_X

Usually I'm lady luck but not with these lol.

i got my hood first spider i killed. i binded it because i thought it looked kinda neat didn't know it was that rare at the time

Took 130 kills to get mine. Twas fun times before that.

No hoods lev 1-84 dg, then 4 in 4 consecutive dgs :wall:

Lol, i coulda got my hood at like level 45 dungeoneering

I had it in my invo but it was like the second day i was dungeoneerin legit (5-44 was tears)

I had no idea it was rare and the stats were negative so i dropped it :(

And then my second hood drop got alched by a noob
