Well, if we're to fight him, we have 2 options:

 

1. Normal attack, all of us die, WOM still alive

 

2. Suicide run, all of us die, WOM dies too

i have an idea to take down the WOM. we have small groups that can cast ice barrage and wield full any barrows surround the WOM, armed with the aforementioned abilities, a poisoned weapon, a motherload of manta rays, plus some ppl who can heal with lunar magic. once you run out of runes, equip full barrows or the poison weapon, poison him, attack with the barrows. he MIGHT just fall to the ice barrages and barrows. You can also bring full 3rd age and barrelchest anchor.

They also say he hangs around his house on World 16 on weekends wearing Wizard (t) robes with fighting boots and a normal staff.

As you all might know, the WOM is supossedly named "Dyonisius", same that the greek god of the parties and the wine, to add more valor to this believe, there is a wine stall next to the WOM's house runned by a curious character called fortunato wich names remembers of "Fortuna" the roman goddess of the fate and destiny...

 

 

 

According to OUR investigations, the wise old man might be the leade rof a secret Saradominist council because he send letters to other members and all are signed with the "D" of Dyonisius...

 

 

 

But why jagex selected the greek god Dyonisious? Why not another one like Eros, or Janus, or even Hades?

So the WOM is dyonisus, telling us that he is the POPE! THE LEADER OF THE COUNCIL!

 

 

 

So, Because these facts that says that Dyonisus not only was a greek god, but the name of a greek pope and the WOM is the elader of a saradominist council..

Wasn't Dionysus also one of the many sons of Zeus? This would fuel the theory of the WOM possibly being Ikov. If this is true, and a god war does iniciate, then the WOM would instantly gain the favour of Saradomin if he revealed himself to be his son. And if he were the leader of Opus Saradomin, he would be able to pass on information about the Wizard Tower on to the Black Knights. It's genius! The only thing he'll have to explain is why he suddenly and mysteriously vanishes whilst the Tower is being bombarded. However, if the WOM is the leader, then what part does King Roald have to play in all this? He is of importance due to the link between his portrait and bed to the Tower. Anyway, brilliant job Darkluniux! You never cease to amaze me. :P

This article says some interesting things, like Dionysius wrote many correspondence letters (like ours does :wink: ), and the first article mentioned that he discussed the God of Logos, which is philosophy/reasoning (like WOM's book of reasoning).

 

 

 

The article also says that Dionysius of Alexandria sought to eliminate heresy within the early Christian church. I've been keeping this to myself for awhile now, but I've been having feelings that WOM sees the wizards in the tower as heretics, because they've accepted a known Zamorakian into their circle, or because they may or may not be meddling with the powers of summoning. aaaaaaaaaaaaarghhhh!!!!!!stop people! =; maybe jagex havent even had any ideas about WOM and are just adding some clues every once in a while and then they'll make up something and get a quest/mini game or something else related to all the clues!! they probably dont know what the WOM is supposed to be!! i have read many theories and ideas and thoughts of people and i think you are just getting paranoid! i even saw 1 post of a guy saying he went to the wizard tower and started checkign portriats and examining beds! just think for a second! you realy think jagex put so much thought into this :?: :!: :?: :!: :?: i dont they have a site to maintain updates to add quests to think of and lots more i think in a year or so they will just make up a story and well...im started to repeat what i said before any way just forget about all the theories and play the game waiting to what will happend thats it! :x instead of thinking everything though there can be million possible theories :-k so just forget about it :
