Shiny
After a delicious dinner of Tikala Misala (a type of curry) and naan bread, i'm now deserting on lime icecream, waffles and syrup. An interesting but orgasmic combination.

Dupin
This thread moves fast when I'm not looking. Sorry if I bring up random stuff from a couple pages back. -Crepes > Life. I've always heard it pronounced "crapes" (rhyming with grapes), but with a softer sound on the long A. There are restaurants called "Creperies" that specialize in oversized and overstuffed crepes, and they are godly. Last one I went to I believe I ordered up one with nutella, vanilla ice cream, powdered sugar, and strawberries.-What exactly is "Spaghetti Bolognese"? Is it just spaghetti with meatsauce?-I don't really like Asian food. Or Asians. Pad Thai is alright, though.-This thread never fails to make me starved. I'm heading out for Mexican with my uncle tomorrow evening, went to a high-end Italian (sort of) place last Saturday, and Turkey Day is Thursday (my mom's been cooking all week - the house smells delicious). It's a food week

I've had lots of indian food in my life so I don't really want to learn to make it haha. ☢ CAUTION ☢ CAUTION ☢ CAUTION ☢ CAUTION ☢
Assume Nothing
Bleh, Americans are hating on authentic foodstuffs. Typical. Here's an image or two that may be tasty.
Shiny
I'm jelly as for the first and second one. TIF, make recommendations for my lunch. Go! Later today, I'm also making a pavlova. A seething mass of cream, sugar and eggs, with strawberries and more cream. Looks like this:Except with no banana. That is blasphemy.

Shiny
Do want. I could do with some salmon right now. My pavlova is currently cooling, and I'm getting ready to cream and strawberry it.
Dax
Damn I love pavlova. Only had it three times, though. #KERR2016/17/18/19/20/21. #rpgformod

Shiny
I'm sorry but chocolate pavlova is again blasphemy. My pav, with just cream and strawberries, however, was delicious.
Zierro
I had chicken with Jack Daniel's Barbecue Sauce. I didn't know such a thing existed. It was delicious, but too bad I could only have half of a breast of chicken.
Blake
I can't stand any kind of fruit mixed with chocolate... It makes me gag. Also, hazelnut (nutella), and cilantro are just as bad.
Zierro
I'm the same way, except for chocolate-covered cherries and raisins.
Blake
I'm pretty sure chocolate covered cherries are the reason I hate the combination. When I was a little kid, my parents took me to see my great great aunt at a nursing home. We brought her chocolate covered cherries, and she made me eat one. Then, I threw up :(
Zierro
What I do is suck all of the chocolate and icing goo off until I get to the naked cherry. Then I bite into it. If I ate them simultaneously, it probably would be pretty gross.
Blake
That sounds so nasty! I can't even eat a hot fudge sundae with a cherry on it if the cherry juice gets on the ice cream
Zierro
What about banana splits with hot fudge? :( I saw a commercial where somebody dunked a strawberry into chocolate. Now that is repulsive.

Now that is repulsive.Ah, but what is disgust? Is there really anything wrong with this delicious combination of fruit sugar and creamy chocolate (which, I should mention, is also pleasing to the eye), or is the problem with YOU? Just kidding. But fruit with chocolate is delicious, as are those other things Blake metioned.

You just blew my mind. PS: Congratulations on 1000 posts! How do you feel now? PS2: I had kraut dogs again for breakfast. Sauerkraut is definitely an acquired taste. I used to hate it.
