But I want the sublimely greasy, yet fufilling, malty, salty goodness that only a fish n chip store brings. And I have no fresh fish or desire to burn myself frying.

If I ever go to where you live (where do you live?), where's a good place for fish and chips? Cuz here in the midwest of the U.S., I can't find any, and they're quite tasty so I'm sort of desperate for some.

Yeah, I guess a lot of people don't understand the awesomeness that is Fish 'n' Chips. And Wattie's Tomato Sauce.

Fish and Chips from the average takeaway is terrible.

The only time I've had fish n chips was on an overnight ferry on the english channel. I had creme brûlée with it, it was AMAZING :)

 

Tonight, I made a big crock pot of homemade clam chowder. Also amazing.

Well, make sure you read through the WHOLE recipe first before starting to cook.

Don't like just do step by step, cause what happens if you go to a step that's like "GET OUT A SAMURAI SWORD AND PROCEED TO WAFFLE THE EGGS". Two things could go wrong:

1 - Don't have a samurai sword

2 - Dunno how to waffle an egg (doesn't exist, made it up)
