February 5, 200620 yr Because Larry the Magical Lobster says so. wow, i just think it has some thing to do with a set # like 20 people allows the server to be seen when it reaches that consitancy. because it it let more people to the login screen people who, lagged or got temporarily disconnected could login again pushing every1 else out. and not giving them a possibility where waiting til theirs like 10-50 people allows for more people to get a on that world.

February 5, 200620 yr similar to what jessy said, it allowws extra people to be at the loggin screen and decides that once it goes to 1980 or below, it is okay to let anoth few people in My account spent most of the last 10 months "locked"

February 5, 200620 yr non of us know how it works wen i played rsc in from 2001-2003 u cud get over 2100 on 1 server if i remember rightly.. um, 1200-1400 was the most you could get on a server in rsc i beleive. There was no full option, but if you clicked on a server that had that many, youd spend most your time tryingto log in
February 5, 200620 yr Because you don't spend enough time refreshing the world select page. Plus i think the busiers worlds load in sets of higher numbers of people becuase so many people always are trying to get on them.
