I need to know some decent Off-Hand weapons, here are the rules:

 

I only have 80 attack/81 strength/80 defence so please don't choose anything which requires more than that

I don't want to use anything that requires any quests (E.G Dragon Scimmy),

I don't want you to say "Oh, get chaotics, it's really worth it", just don't say that, DO NOT.

(Also DON'T SAY GET EE OR EEE).

No quests, no chaotics, no excalibur? That leaves you with... absolutely nothing. Seriously, get chaotics, or at the very least do Monkey Madness.

You've been given the best answers that really exist.

 

No quests/chaotics narrows you down to Barrows - Bronze.

No quests further rules out most of the dragon weapons.

Desire for 2h rules our barrows.

 

All that is left is whatever you care to pick from whats left of dragon and rune; as things are neatly tiered it doesn't really matter what you pick within rune they are all the same aside from stab/slash/crush variants.

 

Feel free to keep spamming about how you want replies or how we are supposed to be helpful; but you have been given the answer to your question. It's just a sucky answer because your requirements ruled out basically every item that doesn't come from bronze-rune spectrum.

Dragon longsword off-hand needs a quest to get, not sure you want to do that.

Offhand lbs is worse than an off-hand dragon weapon anyway. Off-hand dragon claw maybe

So basically you were given OH Dragon Long, OH Dragon Scim (need monkey madness), Chaotic (dung required) or Elite excalibur, and even rune Off hands

 

every other possible answer will just give you worse choices, there are literally no other OH choices besides those. What were you expecting? That an OH whip exists? It already does: Enhanced Excalibur.

I dont think the dragon defender needs a quest and it's only 100 damage short from the rune scimmy ... which is like -40% damage ...

I guess you could also try an Off-hand Crossbow...but, accuracy penalties?

 

Just please keep in mind people are trying to help you here, and have given you (with the range off hand idea and the dragon defender), literally all the viable options. Understand that there aren't too many variables of off-hand weapons in the game that fit your criteria...

 

The best option for you, would be to do some quests to gain access to the other dragon weapons. And while I'm sure you have reasons for not wanting to do any quests, it is quite worth it and you are missing out on a huge portion of what RuneScape is all about.

 

But to each their own.

You're going to have to give in and do something to get a decent off-hand. Really, there's a lot of options available to you, but you have to work for your stuff and money only goes so far.

 

Really, the game is quite forgiving in this respect, you're ignoring a *lot* of content, so there's going to be consequences. Either start questing, start Dungeoneering, get a Dragon Defender from the Warrior's guild or do Seers' Tasks.

Yeaah .. you'll have better time in-game if you forget about this because it's close to impossible.

There are many stores across Runescape that sell a great selection of Rune Main Hand and Off Hand weapons. Not only are they very cheap, but they require NO quests at all and they would suit your needs very, very well.

Also not only are they very cheap, they are a very nice shade of blue so you're definitely going to look pretty awesome when you kill a Mage/Range weak monster with your newly purchased Off Hand Rune weapon.

according to runescape game guide offhand rune longsword is good.....

Not to state the obvious here, why not just use a shield? if your going to complain about not being able to get a good off-hand why not make up for it by buying a great shield.

 

or you could nut up and get 100k dung tokens which takes almost no time. or nut up and do a quest that takes 30min.

That is what one would call Self-Contradiction

 

'Something to use all the time' concept no longer exist in the game, unless you count shields as your 'off-hand'. You will need practically all 3 classes of combat (Melee, Magic and Ranged) accessible, or else monsters will simply take far too long to kill. I haven't gone into each specific styles within each classes yet...

 

So if you want melee, go start skilling/questing and get your Chaotic / EEE off hand, you dont have any choice beyond Rune/Dragon.

 

My take? In your situation, I'd just stick with 2h, no quests required for most of them (The only thing you really need a quest for to use as a decent weapon is Crystal Bow, but you can just use Dark bow with Broad arrows as substitute, it's pretty close), and they are more powerful when used with abilities than Dual Wield on momentum (Abilities with DW is hopelessly bad)

OH dragon claw is an option.
