I was reminicising about rsc the other day, and I remembered ( btw this was about 3-4years ago) the day that I found a Rune 2 hander on the floor of varrock sewer.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I don't remember my combat level but I remember I had just saved up and bought a rune long (30k) I already had full addy. Anyway it was quite early in the morning and before school I went on rs (quite sad I know). Anyway I wanted to try out my new sword I had bought so I decided to go train on the deadly red spiders in Varrock Sewer, near the moss giants. Anyway I cut threw the web leading to the area (nobody is around) and I see a red dot on my screen, I naturally go check it out and there laying on the floor in the middle of the room is a rune 2hander, mith plate and mith legs. I naturally grabbed it and ran out of the sewers anxious to inform my friends of my find. Afterwards I wondered who had been wandering around varrock sewer with a R2h, and it obviously had not been their most valuable item (unless they had a skull).

 

 

 

Anyway that was my luckiest day on runescape, nothing like that has ever happened to me that after that day and i'm sorry I don't have a pic to show you guys. I sold the Rune2 hander for 1.3mil in items if I remember rightly, I don't remember them offhand but I know their was a rune battle axe in there worth about 900k at the time.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Anyway enough about me, I was curious to see if anything along these lines had ever happened to anyone else, perhaps not to the extent of a 1.3mil item, but maybe something else? Doesn't have to be a item, anything paticulary lucky that has happened to you on runescape?

someone died while training at basilisks, got zammy kite and helm sold for like 1.2 mill

I caught a droptrader and I took his drops before he even logged on, that was a nice Blue mask, sold for 800k at the time.

Full rune, ring of wealth, glory ammy and ddp. Alsmo some herbs but thats nothing.

I remember killing a full adam level 8 pker (when PKers roamed the land, not just the wilderness). Those were good times. :D

My friend once told me of a time he was in Draynor manor and some level 90 dude died by the vampire he dropped like full rune and so much runes he considered it a miracle and sold it all for cash.

A miracle huh? Yeh mine was kinda like tat lol.

i drop 10 prayer pots, i right click the pile and go for items, my pixel character takes a step, and the pile disappears forever.....@#%@

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

i know for a fact i saw, guthan spear,helm, d chain,whip,a santa hat(Wtf?)

 

 

 

think a drag med,and guthan skirt i believe...

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

anyway i got pised off went off to kill abbys, wasted all my prayer pots, but after drinking my last dose of prayer potion i got two whip drops in a row...meh..i feel bad for whoever lost it, and me even worse because i didnt get free pixels! :roll:

1. Sandwich lady teled me to just outside Falador (with a full load of ore), banked it and went back. (I tend to take the tele, in the hope of getting somewhere I want to be).

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

2. Got a Certer random, dropped my pick and got another almost full load noted.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

What I thought was going to be a slow slog to the next level, was both livened up and made considerably faster.

my happy day was when i got my first party hat on rsc

 

 

 

the price of the phat it was like 4.2m when i bought it :)

my luckiest day ever would have to have been the day i met this now temporarily retired player and they gave me about 60k, 3 diamonds, rune kite, legs, and a bunch of other really cool stuff for no apparant reason other than that they were quitting. i was very gratefull :)

Anyway I have never had any good luck! No dragon drops, no loots. Best I ever got was a Dragon spear at the first Slayer Invasion. I just dropped it at the most recent...

That was pretty unlucky :( even more so for the person who lost it though.

addy long in a building in varrock in rsc.

I dont recall any lucky days :? I do however, recall a very unlucky day. While I was training at lessers, a huge lag struck me by surprised! And of course, by the time I recovered connection, I was dead. Lost my precious rune-baxe (300k back then) and more!

I was trainin at Bloodvelds and a lvl 103 died, leaving me his Black d'hide body, Black d'hide chaps, and a nice charged Glory :lol:
