Saru Inc
I personally love the arena.... Although the infinty is very pricey (and looks kinda fruity) I'm so happy Jagex made it...... And my favorite part of it is the telekinetic theater. ( when wearing full infinty including mage book and master staff... you get better mage att\def then full ahrim...) What do you think? :D kkthnxbye I have all the 99s, and have been playing since 2001. LordSoultar
I love the mage training arena, especially the graveyard and enchantment. But after getting 200 telegrab points for bones to peaches I never want to go into the telekinetic theater again.

gonzlar
It's one of the biggest jokes in Runescape. Sure at first it was an exciting new medium towards training magic. Then, people became wise that the spells used only generate about 3/4 the exp that you would normally gain. That, along with the fact that one would need a ridiculous amount of pizazz points to purchase some of the mage training items are the reasons why the mage training arena is empty. Funny, I missed that joke. Maybe its because I only spent 1.2 mil to go from 85 to 94 magic, got 1k of deaths and of bloods, and picked up an outfit worth 15mil while I was there. Silly me... why did I waste my time there with nobody, when I could have been clicking cammy tele with everbody else for a month instead. Exclusive Legacy Mode Player He just successfully trolled you with "courtesy" and managed to get a reaction out of you. CHEAP and fast, yea there is more faster ways to train but they expensive and boring (tele and alching) 1500+ total 89 cmb; 1600+ total and under 93 cmb. 02/04/07 reached all skills 60+ under lvl 90 cmb. 07/19/07 reached all skills 70+ at lvl 93 cmb.Prayer is good for herbs

ravinasian
That guy has obviously never visited the place. Its great exp. Plus, a good use for cosmic runes for training. Even if the points needed to get the best stuff are high, it's better than them being so low that everyone has 3 sets of infinity robes and mage books everywhere. For those who are trying to take their magic to the next level, high loftly goals, such as trying to get full infinity and a mage book, are motivation to keep on getting those points. My favourite is the Enchantment chamber. Just keep on 'chanting till you run out of runes. Former TET Leader and Member
meili
I really hate the rele place there. :( Really, really hate it lots and lots. The other rooms are ok but kinda not relaxing for me as I get nervous and feel im "wasting" runes if I don't get the max points. Lord_K
My favourite has to be the enchantment room, a great use for my runecrafted cosmics. The 2 nature using ones are good, but it hurts me to think I could be high alching things. The telekinetic room is just boring and annoying, a waste of free laws (so to speak) and its hard to get points.

I think its great. mage book, infinity boots, master wand and bones to peaches are all worthwhile rewards and its a good mage training place. Sugaholic
You're wrong about infinity being better than ahrims. Best mage attack gear: +127 Ahrim's Hood +6 Ahrim's Robetop +30 Ahrim's Robeskirt +22 Infinity Gloves +5 Infinity Boots +5 Mage Book +15 Master Wand +20 God Cape +10 Seers Ring +4 Fury Ammy +10 (though glory and magic ammy have the same +10 magic boost) The infinity hat, top, and bottom are above mystic, but below ahrims. Infinity Top +22 Infinity Bottom +17 And.. Infinity hat isn't listed in droolman's guide. I'll estimate +5 Farseer Helm +6 (with melee negatives and crappy defence) Mystic Hat +4 Mystic Top +20 Mystic Bottom +15 Mystic Gloves +3 Mystic Boots +3 Wizard Boots +4 Zammy Book +8 Ancient Staff +15 Elemental Battle/Mystic Staves +10 Splitbark and Skeletal are lower than that. marqouth1
i dont like the mage arena, simply beacause i havnt had the paitence to try it out properly. i have a small attention span  Also Ahrims is better than infinty, so it takes away from the eventual reward of getting infinaty. Ahrims is much easier to get and better. o
Guest
I would like it better if the equipment you get there was untradable.
ironmaiden666
Iv'e never been to the mage arena, but it seems like a much better way to lvl mage than cammy teleing. Cammy teleing was the most boring thing i have ever done on runescape.

Lynx
I absoloutely love the mage arena, and ever since I saw the infinity robes I have wanted them, they just look so cool. I especially love the enchantment and alchemy rooms.
d3nic
I like arena, but as people have said, the items you can purchase from there cost a LOT of points. Ive gained a few levels from that place by Enchanting. But, i dont use it as much now because when i train mage, i like to get the hitpoints XP. - d3nic
