Yet, unfortunately, you promised to transport some delicate cargo due to a friend's (me) request, and it turns out they're criminals. Fortunately, they are rather affable and friendly. Unfortunately, the mutation in their bodies triggers and turn into berserk, hulking killing machines. Fortunately, they are paralyzed by said mutation and cannot rip you apart. Unfortunately, you didn't take notice of the highly venomous Brazilian Wandering Spider native to the island sneaking up your leg and sinking its fangs into the arteries in your leg. Now you're writhing in pain for 12 hours before succumbing to death. All while the criminals recover and had the cure on hand in their back pocket.
