What would you do if you owned a suit of armour?

 

 

 

Myself personally, I'd walk around the busiest street in my city (Gratiot) and randomly stop people asking them where the wilderness is or where I can find a King Black Dragon? Also randomly attacking mail boxes and screaming, "HA! N00b I three hit you!," would be fun. What about you guys?

Walk around in it, hand someone a can opener and say, "can you help me out here?"

I'd sell mine probably, wouldn't wanna look like an idiot wearing it you know...

anyways, while it would be awesome to own a suit of armor, they are pretty expensive. if i had one though, i would probably do something similar to the topic starter. except not using runescape jokes :lol: . id probably bring my sword, go back into the woods and have myself a good old fashion loot run. i probably wont find any caves full of bandits or masoleums to loot, but it would be fun anyways :D

I would say that to random people on the street and ask if any one want to play the game with the horses, you know, the 2 knights start off the opposite ends and run to each other with the long sword (or stick?) and wham inot each other.

Lol one of my friends I know was making a thing of chainmail... out of old coat hangers. (metal).

You might want to pick up a big squarish helm and a 2h, and start fighting your friends :twisted:

at dudley zoo and castle near where i live, they do mock battles and such in the grounds of the castle. you can try on the armour and such, and feel a bow and such- pitty i wasn't allowed to try any of them out :twisted: :twisted:

why dont you just make a bow? its like the easiest weapon to make

 

all u need is

 

1:a good knife

 

2:some strong twine or string, nothing like wool or shoe laces -_-

 

3:good eyes for wood

 

4:a long (like 1m) - depends on how big you are), strong peice of bendy or springy wood, like cedar

 

 

 

just get a knife and shave the bark of the bow *mostly for comfort* unless u need to because theirs knocks hanging off

 

then make some slits on each end of the stick about 3-4 cm long

 

then tie string arround and in the slit, and rap arround tightly and hold it down hard to the other end and do the same thing. if its got slack *its loose*

 

bend down the bow so you can rap it arround 1 end a couple of times until its good

 

then ur done. *just because you have a bow please do not and i say DO NOT shoot anything at people i usally have fun with it by shooting into the nearby lake *i have a base their with bamboo and stuff* do not aim at anyone, your hand can slip.. (as for arrows just get some staight sticks and put slits for ur string to go in and string some feathers on (because its not a real nock you should hold your thumb on one side of the arrow and the index on the other side and pull back *NOT TO FAR* and just let go (dont let your string touch your arm or it will hurt)

I've used a real Yew bow before... But I find the aluminum composite bows to be MUCH easier to use. Real bows made of wood are really hard to keep stretched meaning that aiming is really hard. Check out you're local pawn shop and they should have an old composite bow for sale... If not then check out Ebay for good deals.
