Nah, I don't have any sort of problem with gender, although I do think that saying sexism should not exist period is tantamount to saying that there are no differences between the sexes.

 

 

 

I think that Runescape has many, many people who are simply not any fun to be around, deliberately, but it is most cetainly not gender related and if you think so you are a SEXIST!!OMG!!11 There are quite few female players, and if you see one being a serious pain in the neck, the instance might stick out more in your mind whether or not you realize it.

your know its something i've noticed. i've been on runescape and a few other forum/chat based sites and i've noticed that girls are always alot nicer than guys. like here on runescape i've never been insulted by a girl. i get insulted by other guys all the time. its just some random info i felt like sharing :D

I had a female pure myself. But I'm a male (just had for because much people underestimated me and i could own :))

The reason i say this is that girls love attention, cant get enough of it, and in a game/forum FULL of boys/young men i'd lap it all up, if i were a girl. The best way to do this is come across as being nice, then people will like/want to talk to you.

 

 

 

Boys always want to impress people, not specifically girls but its a common theme that boys will often single out/insult others in order to project their "greatness". That being said, most boys who attempt to insult others on forums often fail due to a serious lack of wit and inteligence, aswell as a significant lack in their understanding of the english language.

As people have said EMOTIONAL maturity depends on upbringing , surroundings , and thins like that, Girls and boys that are teenagers can be as emotionally mature as each other, if not psyically ,

In my experience, most females on RS function exactly like the males in terms of efficiency and interests. It is the few who sit in varrock square wearing a bronze full helm and nothing else yelling 'need a bf' for hours on end and beg for free stuff who really tarnish an otherwise good demographic.

 

 

 

On the other hand, males are completely superior since we can VOTE and OWN PROPERTY. :roll:

Every person has his\her own personality. Everyone in this world has good and bad habits, some are nice and some are not...It depends on their experience to life and their personality.

 

 

 

I don't really care who is nicer or not, the important thing is their personality and their treatment to people.

 

 

 

I'm a girl and sometimes i'm not really nice to people if they annoy me, because it is their fault. Girls are mean to girls not really quite clear unless if there is some hatred and jelousy, and it applies to boys too.

 

 

 

It doesn't matter if there are more boys play runescape than girls, at least people are enjoying their time playing the game, i don't think you have any problem with it!?

 

 

 

Boys who are in a girl character in the game is quite confusing. Don't you guys feel a shame of yourself when you pretend you are a girl!. I have met lots of people who do that and i don't know why they do it, they are just maybe fooling the people about them, but there isn't a very strong and clear reason for it...

Girls are generally more civil compared to boys but with either gender there are always bad eggs. There is always going to be jerks, annoying [puncture]s an so on. Just be wary of some so called "girls" in RS, if they are being unusually nice and saying things like "can u be my bf?", chances are they are just a boy trying to scam items off you.

I dont really see many serious Females playing Runescape...Most of the lower leveled females stand at Varrock fountain searching for boyfriends and free "cex". Well, they might not be mean, but they certainly do not have a sense of morale.
