May 29, 200620 yr When i first logged in after the system update mine was black for 5 mins or so.. i think you were lagging Proud fire cape owner!How many RS players does it take to change a lightbulb?5,000. 1 to change the lightbulb, and 4,999 to complain about how it was better before.
May 29, 200620 yr What the game does (I think) Is when an image of an item is required it downloads it off the server and stores it into your computer. What happened is for some reason or another it decided that it needed a different skin for your fire cape, so it goes to try and download something that's not there, and it turns out black. Clearing your Cache or temp files should fix it. So should closing down the client or restarting your computer. This also explains why people say that rare drops take longer to spawn, it's because the game has to go get the picture of it.

May 29, 200620 yr Oooh that's what that is, I was ranging Black Demons for Slayer and I saw a level 120+ there with an all black cape. It looked really funny and I had never seen anything like that, but now I know it was a Fire Cape.. Funny glitch though. 99 Slayer since August 2007.
