There have only been rumours as to why there is no World 126. The one that has always stuck in my mind is from an ancient volume discovered in the sewers under Draynor Village.

 

 

 

Long ago before records really began, the creatures of World 126 angered the gods. The gods did smite World 126 and erased it from the universe.

 

 

 

This may be hearsay, but I believe that one day someone who knows the truth will emerge and the mystery will finally be unraveled.

No it would be stupid, mods are supposed to help keep normal players in order; they couldn't all go to the on world.

 

 

 

Note: a world is not a server, the servers hold more than one world.

Imo it's world for J Mods to check all bug thingies etc.

Hmm, wasn't this the world when the worst banned player Durial killed many citizens and visitors in Falador City? So that could be why they shutted it down.

 

 

 

It can't be a test world since it's classed as F2P (look at the neighbor worlds to see what I mean)

 

 

 

Off-Topic And I truly believe that the gods destoryed it. Zamorak probably forced his rivals Saradomin and Guthix to help him destory. :twisted:

that makes no sence, a world is a server, a server is something that handles connections, the reason we have multyple worlds/servers is so jagex can handle more connection and keep other servers emptyer. What exactly is the point of putting more than one world ona sever, why have 130 worlds if you could just have 65 that can hold 4k players each?

A few days ago i noticed that too, no world 126, but i remember getting on it before....maybe it had glitches in it on something :?

Like in some buildings (most, really) they leave out the 13th floor. It just goes straight from 12 to 14.

Maybe becasue world 126 is to 1337 for the average RS player and it has Christmas cracker drops every morning and only once you have achieved the combat level of 126 can you enter it and you can only enter it once :-$

Umm... you don't log in until you load the world. So how would Runescape know that you're lvl 126 if your not logged in yet!?

 

 

 

I think it's a test world personally, but there's also the possibility of World 0 still, only being able to access it if you know the specific address, and only able to log in if you're a Jagex tester/admin.
