June 30, 200620 yr A pure ranger in karamja dungeon died, and he had a cannon which he hadnt set up yet I guess. I got, cannon furnace, 800 cballs, some arrows, wizard boots, wizard hat (g), and black d hide legs and vambs.
July 1, 200620 yr At combat lvl 68 I saw somebody die at ectofuctus. I picked up Obsidian Cape, Glory Amulet(3) Obsidian sheild, a Dragon Battleaxe, Rune platebody, and emerald and a few gold and silver bars.

July 1, 200620 yr When farming first came out, I was at the Falador patch and noticed a guy getting hit by a fruit, so I went over expecting him to run off. He didnt, and he died. I was able to pick up 4.3MIL... I was shaking so bad. I teled to Lumby to see if I could find him and give it back because I felt bad, but he wasnt there. So I kept the money and had a drop party for my clan. O:)
July 1, 200620 yr Nothing. What is RS Beta?? RS Beta was the testing phase before RS2 came out. Certain players were invited to test for bugs and stuff. When someone dies and drops stuff, I usually pm them and give it back. Unless I don't remember their name, they don't pm me, or they die before I see them. I've gotten ranger set at blue drags from someone dying, and I didn't remember the numbers after their name, and they never pmed me.

July 2, 200620 yr Back in 2005, I'd say approx April, I was watching my brother fish sharks in the fishing guild. I turned away for a second and he screams, I turn around and he has a nice shiny green Party-Hat in his inventory. Someone died from a river troll...my brother sold the hat that same day when it was worth 30m.

Seeing as he dropped some guthan, that protects over chain, so he must have had more barrows items (lets say torags top, bottom and a crystal shield)

July 2, 200620 yr i found rune helm, rune scim and tons of lobs when i was training at the ice warriors near port sarim. it was some lvl 100 who was apparently afk and died... Retired from runescape. I will be on every now and then though. :)
July 3, 200620 yr at first i was thinking it was ranger boots and 6k mith arrows at black drags, then i remembered when i was in world 2 and someone died to a random, she dropped quite a few phats etc, i only got an easter egg though. Back then easters were about 2m i think. runescape name is also finny50. Quit runescape.
July 3, 200620 yr PART 1: within my first 2 weeks of playing, i was at the zammy mage's place north of fally and the taverly gate, and some guy, (dont remember name or lvl) died right infront of me and he dropped a black (t) kite and 210k cash. btw, i have no idea why he brought 210k with him, lol. PART 2:anyway, i was a total noob, still in single digit combat lvl, and i had no idea of the value of anything within the runescape economy. I went to fally with my money, and saw someone saying they were selling full mith. so i traded him, he offered the full mith, and i offered the cash. He immediately accepted (i dont blame him) and i went along my way. I'll never forget this. lmao. as for the black (t) kite, i sold it to some guy for like 30k if i remember correctly. July 3, 200620 yr Well I have a little story with mine. :lol: So I just got about 7M from skilling, and decided to try merchanting. Found someone selling Full Veracs for about 300k under the average price. We trade, I only glance over the confirm screen, and BAM, no brassard, but another skirt. A 1.2M difference, in his behalf. So now I'm down 1.2M, I log and sleep it off, trying to figure out how I'll make that money back. So the next day, I decide to get flax and cut yews, so I can make yew longs and make back the money. I see a red dot when I'm walking back to Seers bank and see a small group of people booking it to the dot (booking it = running). As do I, and it was a drop, with lots of good stuff. I drop a few bowstrings, and try picking up the Whip, Mystic skirt, and drag square, but to no avail. After frantically looking for something, I click the Coins, since no one else had. BAM!!! 1532K is now in my inventory. I was so happy, I didn't have to fletch back any cash. At that moment, I knew if anything bad happened to me, unexpected, I will most likely make it all back in one quick drop. Hope you liked my story, and the 1.5M is the only drop from a person I've got. Maybe I'll get a phat and they won't PM me and I can't find their name. :mrgreen:
