i rarely find an instance where somone is actually nice over the internet.. they know you cant touch them so they take advantage of it and do whatever they want... i guess thats jus me though :P

Anyway, in real life the people who make you pick up a knife and open a bottle of the hard stuff aren't going to get banned.

i meet people over the internet. a friend of a friend. a random person. most of them ARE nice people. but i also see a lot of people that arent nice... i have some friends over the internet that would go to the end of the earth for me, and i would usually do the same. most people are nice over the internet because they know that they dont care what there opinion really means to you. if you dont like it. and they dont like you not liking it. they just dont talk to you anymore. and i dont really think that its because we have to be nice. im not nice to people over the internet because i have to. i do it because i want to. but im NOT afraid to speak my mind...

probably the only reason im nicer is because i cant actually see your face which measn i actually cant hit you as hard as possible...im manly like that sorry. i do it to my friends and they do it to me, its a way of keeping them inline 8-)

Why are people nicer over the internet compared to real life? - Because some people, like me are evil in real life and on the computer i generally can't be bothered to argue with people

Why are people able to talk to, and trust, complete strangers online without care or thought? - Because if you didnt you wouldn't talk to anyone, one of the main points of rs is to interact with people over the net, plus people can't physically hurt you over the internet

Same. I usualy won't bother if I am arguing with some idiot in real life, because most of the time brawn beats inteligence in a just kind of... off-topic debate.

 

 

 

Hell, i'll debate with my friends about stuff, but not more or less random people like I do on TIF. Call me crazy but usualy in a debate I love to end up showing them wrong while making them feel a bit... stupid (if it was a stupid idea. If it isn't i'll just show my side of it). However, showing a very large guy he is in fact not as smart as he thinks he is...well... it isn't that smart.

 

 

 

Also I am generaly a bit more shy when arguing with people in real life. I know plenty of people that piss me off but I tend to ignore it, because like I said, inteligence realy doesn't come a long ways if someone is making you mad.

Yeah, I'm the same way.. I figure when they * something up because they wouldn't listen to me, it's not my fault :wink: Also I try not to get mad. Because when I get mad, I get violent... And I know I could really hurt someone if I wanted to... Hell I make my brother cry and I don't hit him in the face, like I would if I was in a fight with someone in real life.
