July 4, 200620 yr I have another question. If u havent done the stronghold before, cant you just go through the portals that lead to the treasure room?
July 4, 200620 yr Ive got the left top and i got it purely by chance on the fist time i killed one of those ankous or whatever they are. I just cant get a hold of the rest of the peices, ive been trying forever.
July 4, 200620 yr I got a second bottom of sceptre, even tho I have a completed sceptre in the bank. Maybe you can get multiple sceptres. I'm guessin it doesn't matter what lvl monster you kill, as long as it's the rigt kind of monster. I got a bottom from both the lvl 35 and lvl 41 flesh crawlers. EDIT: The first 3 portals have a lvl requirement to use them (if you haven't completed that level). The last one, on the 4th floor, requires all players to complete the level before using it.
July 4, 200620 yr well, i guess i wont be able to get the sceptre on my lvl 43 iron pure then... darn, atleast i can get it on my main, but i really want it on my pure too lol
July 4, 200620 yr 15+ minos and no skull peice :cry: (yes they are lvl 27) i spent over an hour on the lvl 82s so far i think im still lowest lvl on forums with it. 59 combat

It took me about 20 Minotaurs for the right skull half, 30 Flesh Eaters for the next piece, 40 Catablepons for the other piece, and 1 Ankou kill for the last piece!!! (< I'm dead serious!) :) Oh, and while I was fishing trout and salmon at the Barbville (Barbarian Village :roll:), a Security Guard appeared, and all of us fishers (about 5-6) started attacking it! Heh, he was strong though, took a few 0s and 1s and left. :lol: ^ Blog.

This is because they break after you invoke them 5 times. One us just good for me though, I doubt I will ever teleport with it, lol. July 4, 200620 yr finaly after 2 hours my pure got it :D possably one of the lowest lvls to get it? yeah well im making a rune pure out of it so wish me luck :P i started getting it at lvl 31 and now finished at 35. time to do it on the main :3> #rs-brutalityConquer, but don't triumph.

July 4, 200620 yr Minotaurs - Level 27 (Right Half of the skull) Flesh Crawlers - Level 35 (Bottom half of the scepter, also drop good amounts of fire and dust runes) Catablepon - Level 68 (Top half of the scepter) Ankou (sp?) - Level 86 (Left half of the skull) the levels dosnt mather. u could kill a level 75 ankou and still get the left half of the skull. ea monster comes in many diffrent levels.
July 4, 200620 yr I think im developing a theory. The lower the level, the easier to obtain. nope i had to kill 50+ lvl 68's or w/e and they were the hardest ones #rs-brutalityConquer, but don't triumph.

July 5, 200620 yr but what I wanna know is, can you recharge the sceptre? Nope, 5 teles and make it ALL OVER AGAIN! Crappy huh? By the way a lot of people are saying catablepons are lvl 5 or 41, etc, it's because they are in different places on the map and have different levels of them.
July 5, 200620 yr do you have to put the first part on ur bank in order to get the next ones? i have been killing those dam flesch crawlers for more then 2 hours now. still no sceptre part -=[ Once, a researcher of the weird and wonderfull items in runescape ]=- You cannot do all you want. You have to make choises. I made the right one, hopefully, so will you!
