ah, nice guid, but i can kill them much faster with initiate and whip with a super set, and the rest of the usualy stuff, I tried maging, its a good way, but i find it takes too long for me compared to melee, cost alot more, I usually don;t use anti firis cuz the max they hit with their breath is 6 with shield, but overall nice guid

It isn't expensive at all. Getting Chaos Runes is easy. It is dropped by many monsters. So it isn't very expensive to get the chaos runes.

 

 

 

It is much MORE cheaper because you don't have to pay for the runes you use. Getting chaos runes is easier and cheaper than buying them.

 

 

 

So it really doesn't cost a lot more if you know how to get them.

 

 

 

Same goes for fire runes.

cool...can you use verax on these guys? you pot up with anti fire and protect form melee and fight em.. and re pot your anti fire thing every 3 steel kills

I'm afraid you can't use full Verac since you need antifire shield. And I'm sorry I'm no expert on meleeing these.

I was going to add stuff like that. But the guide couldn't have been updated in a long time. I'll try to upgrade to next version next Wednesday, since there is a rule no bumping I can't do it next Wednesday if I get no replies after this one.

what mage move do you use?

Good guide, however i find meelign them much easier, less risky actully, and less costly, because when i mage, any good loot I have to sell to pay back the runes

Anyway, I'll be making map about how to get there after I've aten a pizza. I would love to add safe spots, but I really need some researching for that. I'll try to research it, don't worry. But not everything can be done at once, because if I do everything at once, there might come unspecific info and/or missing info, so that's why I take one step at a time. I'll be making map on how to get there.

What are your recommended combat requirements? I am a level 88 with all combat skills near 70 with 65 defense and 56 prayer. I have all the required skills you mentioned(72 thieving, 40 con, ect.). Am I ready to fight the steel dragons?

I've finished my pizza, but I can't make the map right now, because I'm doing disk cleanup hoping that will let me play RuneScape proberly, I have many junks in my computer, which I found fun in past years and are useless for me now. If I open all the programs that are required to make a map that will probably interupt the cleaning. Don't worry though, as soon as my computer is cleaned up, I will make map. I apologise for the delay.

A: Yes, but sometimes you may be lucky enough to not be under attack by them, but that's just luck and is very rare event.

 

 

 

 

 

 

it isn't a rare event, what most people don't know is, if you are on the same spot for a long time the beasts don't attack you anymore, but if you move like 5 spaces they attack you again, i only know this because i did try to get pouches and were there for ours on the same place...

Really good guide, maybe you can get a picture of your inventory up? That would help!

good guide, btw im level 75 and it works great for me with just some creative posistioning. also, you should add that ghostly robes are a good alternative because there free and there magic bonouses arent bad either

first if you have arhims, use it! it helps alot. secondly, if you arent using chaos gaunts use your best rfd gloves, or mystic. 3rd, ring of wealth instead of life, it will make drops alot easier and you wont die there unless you run up to one.
