I always often need to get from Varrock to Falador (or Falador to Varrock), so I tele. If I want to go from Edgeville to Varrock/Falador, I just might walk (mostly to Varrock). When I'm going from Varrock to Lumbridge, I go north. Keep going north. Eventually, you'll end up in Lumbridge. I do that if My health is low and don't want to eat food or my prayer is low too.
