Now this is an update i'd like to seak my teeth into!You can now heal other people,i think clans with mage pures are gonna be nearly invincible now.....when 1 gets weak,another heals him,and vice-versa!

I think that the new spells are for clans/groups and that could be a precursor to advanced Clan support such as Rosters, clan hiscores, cumulative treasury, and a whole slew of advanced features for Clans and Wilderness fighting as a clan/group.

 

 

 

If treasure could be shared equally then you could have a group of Lunar Mages go around and heal their fellow teammates and before they die off, trade their Runes to another Mage. It might not work unless you have someone you can really trust but it's one way of using the new spells out in the wilderness or in PVP mini-games.

look,the point is that now mages can fight better as a team (as we all know even 1 mage is too overpowering),and now they can keep their mage buddies live longer

Here's an idea: You use healing spells until at low HP, then use one of those potion-sharing spells to give all your lunar mage healers Sara Brews and Super Restores. :D :D :D

You don't really even need to be wearing mage gear to cast the spells. As far as I know, magic attack doesn't effect whether or not the spells will work. Meleers might as well be on lunar as they usually don't use mage anyways.

This isn;t overpowering them or anything really.

 

 

 

As I have said many times before acnients offer mages pwoer equal to what things such as barrows weapons and crystal bows etc offered rnagers and melees

 

 

 

I do however think rnage is a tad on the weak side now, but they r getting new cross bows this month

 

 

 

As for the usefullness of these spells. The lunar magics are not very combat freidnyl, and as for healing tht is so gonna not help them

 

 

 

1)With no combat magic the lunar magics can easily be picked off

 

2)They split 75% of thier hp between surrounding targets when healing. So if used for a team each of the other mages ain;t gonna get tht much hp and the lunar is going to be severly weakened

A karil bow can own mages. They can heal but haven't you noticed you can't cast these spells like: 1.2.2..3. it's more like: 1......2.......3.... just like alch, and a karil bow can hit 2x as fast as one of the mages can heal.

I really do not think that the healing/sharing pots is very useful for the wildy

 

 

 

I can see how this can help in other trainin of NPC's but not in the wildy.

 

 

 

I would rather Cube someone then dds them rather then cast vegence and dds...

 

Or even have TB so they can't lever.

You don't really even need to be wearing mage gear to cast the spells. As far as I know, magic attack doesn't effect whether or not the spells will work. Meleers might as well be on lunar as they usually don't use mage anyways.

 

 

 

Thats a gud point if anything this new updates helps every1 but mages for pkin, for a mage going pkin on lunar is crazy, the only ppl that would b putting it on when pkin would be meleers or rangers and for them if this is an advantage or not i am yet to make up my mind about. But there the only one's that really has the option to do it. Asuming that even tho they are meleers or rangers they still have a high mage lvl!

u can use sara brew to give u more hp then use super restore to get mage lvl back and share hp again..

Well the heal spells are no good in wildy.. If you use them you will lose the amount you give others.. So, you red-bar yourself and you die quite easy then.. :roll:

99 ranged | 99 magic | 99 defence | 99 hitpoints

couldnt you heal yourself in the duel arena? Wouldnt that be unfair because food is off? Im not sure how much it heals but you could go down to low health, heal yourself and go one forever.
