It seems like it should weigh much more than that since it says it was made with obsidian plates. I guess they could be really thin plates, but oh well. Also ditto to the fatty thing 8). The Gilded Totem Pole that Gujo gives to you as a tribute for helping him after the quest weighs only 3 KG, just checked it.
