Sorry if this is old news I did a search and found nothing. No this isn't the same thing you see on ebay this is actually on amazon and in a nationally published magazine. I just found it interesting that this is being advertised in a nationwide magazine, and also on huge websites. This is going to maybe push another influx of people in runescape. (Since it says 'Official', I have to assume Jagex gave her permission to write it) But like Trix said, it may bring another influx of players into RS if it gets enough marketing and such. Hopefully if new players have that guide, they won't have as many questions when they first start. If anything, this'll help Jagex get more players starting to play Runescape, since grade school students will see the ad and get curious about what RS is. This is probably why Jagex never released such a book, their game is continually being updated - unlike other games you buy once and it never changes. Tip It is a kind of guide however it can update with every update, which is why it is impossible to write a book as a RuneScape guide.
