I was at the green dragon in the wild and did 10x '0' to the dragon! Then my brother try on his account and that also happen! It wierd or what?

work best? Many say "Scimmy is way stronger because the quest require to wield it was hard".

Dragon scimmy has only a few lower stats than D long but it's faster so scimmy=better.

i think rooney's right. maybe ur att is too low :? try getting higher att....and no...just bc ppl say that the quest was harder, doesnt make the d scimmy amazing

Nope.. I use to kill those dragon in 30 second.. Now it tok like 1min. Maybe the new update change the dragon defence. Am 68 atk with atk pot... and still horrible..

Jagex assured everyone it was strictly a graphic update. They didn't change anything else about the monsters. You can't expect to consistently do well against any monster though, it's just how it works. One day you will be hitting 30+ every time, the next, you will be getting owned so badly you're being shown pieces of yourself. Just suck it up and go for it.

The D Long has a higher strength bonus, which is condusive to higher

 

hits. Scimmy is only like, 2 slash points less accurate, but faster! Terrible

 

special attack, though.

i use a dragon battleaxe, at 94 combat with 81 str and 75 atk i hit many 20s or higher, 29 is my max but with prayer i can do 33s if i get lucky... getting a little off topicc with my max hits there but anyways, with 75 atk i hit very few 0s with my d baxe

With 72 attack and 75 strength, its easy to get your 50 points on the portal.

Now, don't worry! These beasts still have all the same stats, effects and drops as they had before, so the normal care and attention should be followed if you're going to visit, or you'll be finding yourself in need of a makeover! Anti-dragonbreath shields, pots and food at the ready...

why does everybody obsses over the scimmy! i absolutely hate it fair enough its fast but woopidoo its no where near as accurate as a whip (i know you cant train str just saying) or a dlong which is only a tiny bit slower! and the spec on scimmy is pathetic

That's what I do at Duel Arena. Very affective. I perfer the D scimmy cause its faster and you can get more damage in before your opponent attacks

D scimmy still working well against Karil. 3 out of 4 trips and it has worked well.

yea thats just u there. Either you have low atk or something or just had an unlucky spree....it happens. The dragons def stays the same.
