October 1, 200619 yr It's tough to make loads of money in F2P without having skills that are 60+. I think mining Iron ore in the beginning is good money for starters seeing as how they sell for 100gp each now. And taking into consideration that it's extremely easy to mine Iron, this can prove pretty efficient (especially once you hit 50 mining where it only takes one hit to get it). You could always try cutting Willows or Yews, but since everyone and their grandmother's uncle does this now (and because of all the autoers), this isn't as efficient as it once was. Retired Member
October 1, 200619 yr At 45 mining with a rune pick you can make 35k per hour mining iron.. it also trains skills. It's to slow for me though

October 1, 200619 yr i don't know.. but i saw one place that to buy water runes in rune shops, (4-5gp each??? ) and then sell them to other ppl.... i think it can be quite hard to sell, but if you find buyers, you could earn quite a lot on it

October 1, 200619 yr I haven't found cutting yews to be a great way to make money. It's pretty slow, even when you have a Wc level of 70+. Your best bet would be merchanting, or selling steel bars. If you set up a good system in steel bars, you can make about 100k+ a day. As you get more and more money, buy more and more ores, and hire more workers, you can make tons of money a day.
