How come you registered at Tip.It Forums?

Alot of Tip.It members dont play Runescape, but they did registered at a forum that belongs to a Runescape Website :?

I registered because a friend of mine named ''Rodsay''(she was a guide-maker at the tip.it website, not sure if she is still active.) told me at RS that I should register at Tip.It, I could get alot of help there. So I did, and Im still here :)

Because I used to play RuneScape, and when I did it was the only forum.

When I played, around 5 years ago, tip.it was more useful than the rs.com boards for buying and selling. I registered so I could buy an adamantium square shield from Fook A Ji.

Some people are changed by being a moderator. I wouldn't be.

I joined when I tried to view a topic on the article of the Tip.It Times and it said I needed to log in to view it (or something similar) so I registered and now, even though I don't play runescape anymore I still come on to browse the forums.

Infact, since I quit runescape and got into graphics and photography I've joined another runescape forum :? :-k how did that happen?

 Good ol' Fook.

I of course also registered because of RS and my rune sales, which were not gathered by pking, but my merchanting. The only realistic thing in RS and also the only thing that actually wasn't a complete waste of time since it learned me several marketing principles :)

I joined this forum because I was tired of getting beat up at school. I thought this was a message board to teach you good ways to Run & Escape, but it ended up being for some silly game.

Been playing Runescape for the better part of 4 and a half years. I joined the forum years back when it had a much more callous reputation, and was banned a few times. I came back last year to pleasently find it has a much friendlier atmosphere now. So far so good!

Metal fans, check out my band!

ROFL!

Well, about 2-3 years ago I googled some RS woodcutting guides, saw this, saw the forums, and joined. I quit about 2-3 months later. That is why its possible for a blabbering person like me to have joined 2 years ago and only have a 100-200 post count.

I didnt know there was tip.it until about few months later into the game. SOmeone told me I could get help at this web site with my quests, and every decent website has to have a forum. So, i registered.

Erhm, Lino, I know this is kind of awkward, but can I move in with you? Your location is wonderful, and I need a better place than this old rustic shack.

Tip.it was the first forum ive registered with.

Ive seen tip.it's forum before back when RS classic was still the current version, but I only registered shortly after RS2 came out.

Back then it was still Zybez and Runescape tip.

Tip.it had more stuff in their site so thats where I registered. ::'

Moved here since dk3.com <- destroyed scapeboard.com and it's entire archive of hundreds of gigabytes of data. That was over 2 years ago, and the host most likely just deleted all the stuff and never even had the intention to pass it to us, so they just created a new forum here at forum.tip.it.

I originally registered to tip.it to conduct some business in the mining and smithing industry lol It didn't go very well so I left and became inactive for about a few months or maybe a year; it was about the same time as my retirement from RS. Anyways, I returned to tip.it under the name Lazy_cat because I forgot the pwd for the previous account #-o Lazy_cat was a quick-pick name because I didn't plan on staying long but the community here was/is just too great.

Arenascape. By the time Scapeboard went down I had stopped playing Runescape, and these were the only boards for AS.

Because the official Runescape forums (of which I was a troll and an addict :D) were closed down... and tip.it was the best alternative.

That was ages ago, when I still played RS. Now I just am hesitant to leave the community :D And/or have no life

Everybody hug and spread the love :D

My friend (Endasil) told me to. This was like 3/4 years ago.

So eight months ago?

Heh, get it... 3/4 and in three-fourths... heh heh.

Like pretty much everyone else said, because of Runescape, but have since quit and just come here for OT and M&M.

EDIT: 3/4 of a year is 9 months, I am an idiot.

Yeah.. I came here because of runescape. Can't remember an exact purpose...

Than later saw you could sell signatures for money, and my poor 'little self at the time looked like this ---> .

And thus it began. .

I used to look at tip.it for their guides, information, and such. I joined members on RS so I decided I'd want to see what people think of p2p on these fourms. I then quit Runescape so I only browse the non RS related stuff (mostly).

I registered at tip.it because scapeboard went down. Duh.

Really, if I remember right, I think it was just for selling using forums. Then I got hooked on the discussion boards.
