I bought the planks pre-made. They were a lot more expensive then.. 500 - 550 ea >.<

 

 

 

Having your butler do it is faster than running the planks yourself, but it is more expensive. Either way, I consider the process to be mundane and just a waste of time. Making the gp yourself will probably take the same amount of time, but you get experience in two skills instead of one (RCing for making gp).

Yes, I am ^_^ But I have to make a lot :( Excluding the fact that I need to buy pure essence, I need 130k nats alone for cooking/prayer. So it's probably closer to 150k since I need to RC some nats to pay for more essence.

Should I:

 

 

 

- Start going for 90+ slayer (getting supplies as you can see)

 

--> Includes Spending 6m on 70 construction and prayer

 

 

 

- Go for a good solid f2p 99 like wcing or fishing

 

--> Involves getting a good solid money base for future slayer training

 

 

 

- Train my ranged, mele, and prayer up to 80 and shoot for a fire cape

 

--> This involves spending 14m on prayer, and training ranged :-X

 

 

 

-Or...Get 99 wc/fishing, (30m there easy) then get a fire cape, then train slayer?

 

--> Basically I need a break from rcing for a while, and im looking for a long term goal to keep me in the game.

 

 

 

Please give me your advise, cause you are very successful in rs, and Im just starting to feel what thats like, and I don't want to turn in the wrong direction and lose everything I have worked for.

It just takes time and patience :wink: I love the way I've been training runecrafting. Runecrafting with no goal other than to level runecrafting is pretty boring in my opinion. But working on two goals at once is what keeps me going (i.e. runecrafting in order to level/buy something else). Best of luck! :D

It's always hard to answer questions like this, because what it really buckles down to is a personal opinion. We're all different people and are all drawn to different types of skills. Personally, I'm attracted to uncommon 99s. I like 'knocking them off' one by one because I love the accomplishment/feeling of getting a 99 skill that not many people have.

 

 

 

I'm not going to decide for you, because my opinions would be very biased (I don't like fishing, so I'd obviously skip right over that option, and so on).

 

 

 

I think that the one thing I've learned from all of this is not to get ahead of yourself and just focus on what's in front of you (I often forget to take my own advice, mind you). That's the problem I'm facing right now. I'm so excited about what I'll do next, that I almost forget to "get there." I think you should just focus on one skill at a time before moving onto the next. So if you decide you want 70 construction, get that first before thinking about what you want to do. I've made many lists in the past (i.e. "Construction first, then crafting, then smithing, then herblore!!!") but they never worked out for me. I always end up going out of order or dropping some skills all together, but then even that makes me feel ashamed and like I've failed. Then those unfinished skills always come back to haunt me later.

 

 

 

So if you want my advice, do one skill at a time, then see if you still feel like getting 90 slayer or 99 woodcutting or whatever it is you desire. Now if I were you, I'd probably get 70 construction/prayer because those are always handy to have. Then after that, decide what you feel like doing next!

Im really attracted to combat at the moment, so I gess ill just shoot for the starts and say 99 slayer is an uncommon 99 skill. People might not buy it :anxious:

 

 

 

The good thing about 99 slayer is it gives you the opertunity to max out your combat stats w/o feeling like your training them.
