It has a chance to drain 20% of your enemy's hp, and 10% of yours. And people have used it and it works. By the way muggi, I hate to toot my horn, but could you maybe post a few preliminary 'tips' on doing the caves with the new diagonal monsters? exc4libulz Posted July 10, 2007 Share Posted July 10, 2007 also, what effect does the short range of the crossbow have on the execution of certain waves? for example, hiding in the northeast corner and a 360 spawns in the middle. crystal bow could barely reach that, can crossbow? and what about attacking jads healers? It looks pretty good, you could take out one brew and add another Super Restore or PPot, it's up to you. And brock..use avas acumulator(to auto pick addy bolts) and use less super restores..youll be left with a ton when you are at jad even with such high prayer. Wasn't going to be bothered to get the bolts and unholy book so I used 2 Crystals and the switching bows trick. If anyone knows any better way to count the shots, tell me. Bring like 3 less restores and 3 more brews. Yea, i was thinking that with the new update, that ill need more sarabrews for the 360/90 rounds. But im not going with avas acumulator, thus explaining why im bringing 5k addy bolts. That should be enough to get thorugh without picking up any. But ill pick them up on the easyier rounds, or on any one i feel i can. skatrider234 Posted July 13, 2007 Share Posted July 13, 2007 you know how every1 says stuff like "Fight caves is impossible first try!", well i actually used muggis guide, and ended up getting a firecape first try, no it was not luck, plus half the guide is off now that they changed the fightcaves, i jsut used the equipment guide and went for it, jad even used mage pray on me first but i still got around that, although i am a rather calm person fightcaves isnt that hard, you just gotta relax on jad, even tho lots of people seem to have bad luck with lag in the caves, glad i didnt, cause i now own a firecape :) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
