Don't get me wrong, I love my mom, but my mother is horrible. This is one of the reasons why I was off of Runescape for a couple weeks.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

She has done some really bad things in the past, and still doing them. Sh used to live with my grandparents and I untill I was about 6. She used to stay every once and a while, untill she had my half sister, Haley. I live with my grandparents, due to my mom being .. Yeah and my father, not having enough money to support a family with me, and his girlfriend.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Anyways.. She comes over some weekends to supposedly be with me and my sister. She doesn't though.. I don't believe it. At night, she leaves, to party. Smoke marijuanna and drink. I hate her for that. I'll never smoke, drink, but never smoke. It's stupid. :roll:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

She's done really bad stuff, even the cops are looking for her. She stole my grandparent's credit cards and used them to buy loads of things, around $5,000.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

My mom needs help. Any ideas? We've tried to make her stop everything, get a better life, but she always forgets that and hangs out with her damn drugy friends. We've tried counciling, when I was young, too young to remember.

tbh i don't know what i would do. my mom was a HUGE crack head as a teenager and went to rehab. when she found out she was pregnant with me she turned her life around and gave it all up. i'm sorry you are not as fortunate as i was

Sounds like the plot from 8 Mile, lol. But seriously, tell someone, a teacher would do. Have you spoken to your grandparents as well? Who do you live with now? I suggest staying with your grandparents if you aren't already. It's probably difficult to try talking to her, but I don't really know what to suggest. Sorry :(

If my mom did that to me, I'd turn her into the police when she least expects it. I wouldn't care, either. I'm a very grudge-holding person. :)

In all seriousness, some time in jail could do your mom some good. It could possibly bring her attention to the fact that she DOES need help.

Wow, that sucks Jesse. Sorry to hear that. This whole jail thing, although may be the only thing that will straighten her out - might create quite the predictiment between the two of you.

I would wait for her to come visit, then call the cops. When the cops arrive, I would say "How do you like me now?"

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

But how you describe it, she would probably be too stoned to know what is happening. No offense, but I have an uncle that does meth and the cops are constantly arresting him, then letting him go because the cops are [developmentally delayed]ed. He even has Hep. from sharing needles.

As other people have said, jail time or rehab seems like the most logical idea. You might miss not seeing her for quite some time, but if she's as bad as you describe, turning her in to the cops seems like the best plan of action.

There is probably an organisation somewhere where you live, you should go there and ask for advice. Good that you don't smoke yourself.

Sounds like a horrible mom. I understand how you love her, you have to love your mom, but she's not worth it.

 

 

 

Your grandparents are your REAL parents. Call the cops on your mom or send her to a rehab center.
