well, i wanted to get all of your opinions.

My opinion is veracs. hits often, hits fast, hits through prayer and armor sometimes.

Veracs no contest for pvp, but dharocks is fun for training and things.

How many times has this been posted? Oh well, the search button is so unreliable that I can't blame you for making a topic as interesting (though lacking in any form of discussion whatsoever) as this one :P .

Ahrims all the way. With 30% of my experience being from Magic, I have to say that :P .

Fullmetal Alchemist, you will be missed. A great ending to a great series.

Veracs

Hits through prayer, defense. The Brassy is hawt... So is the Skirt. Matter of fact, all of it's hawt! :)

Oh, I bet the KQ hates Verac

Veracs makes you look like a dwarf.

With so many trees in the city you could see the spring coming each day until a night of warm wind would bring it suddenly in one morning. Sometimes the heavy cold rains would beat it back so that it would seem that it would never come and that you were losing a season out of your life. But you knew that there would always be the spring as you knew the river would flow again after it was frozen. When the cold rains kept on and killed the spring, it was as though a young person had died for no reason. In those days though the spring always came finally but it was frightening that it had nearly failed.

I haven't personally used a Barrows set before, so I cannot talk about these based on personal experience, but I will always be a fan of the Guthans/Dharok training combo.

Veracs makes you look like a dwarf.

so does woven stuff, except a really mutated tall dwarf :uhh:

veracs is the best, despite it's dwarfiness according to Satenza, dharoks comes in a close 2nd however.

Torags=yucky, the special is totally worthless

Guthans=useless and unreliable for healing, you wont recover anywhere near the kind of hp you lose in pvp (assuming its an even fight), and the spear is kind of a drawback

Dharoks=good, but in order to get good you have to make yourself so weak you are almost guaranteed to die, but then, if you have 80+ hp you should be able to 3-4 hit your opponent at really low health, so just hope they hit lotsa 0s

Veracs=best for melee, as you will get some really big hits really often

Karils=yucky, just black d hide with a slow weapon and no special attack, with a worthless passive effect

Ahrims=owns any melee set (assuming you are smart enough to mage in your mage equipment), but if you arent using ice spells or entangle you are going to get hit hard (unless you get really lucky with the str draining)

I say Verac is the most practical (ice blitzes get expensive :boohoo: ), but Ahrims has the biggest advantage.

For people with a VERY high strength and attack, Dharok's is by far the best, as it hits often enough, but for slightly lower levels, veracs is better as it will hit more often than dharok's. Other sets don't really feature in PvP. Although full ahrim's with ancients can work well, it just doesn't compare though.
