That is the black salamander right? I wouldn't really care wheter or not there are a lot of benefits in Hunting. There are a lot of diffrent things to do and I can actually keep at it. (Extremely short attention span for repetitive tasks) Already hooked to it.

The [bleep]ed vambs can be good for a melee fighter without RFD gloves(not even sure if they give str bonuse.)

RFD gloves gives Strength bonus of at least +2 since Iron Gloves times. Barrow gloves has +12. ^^

since i've been playing, elements ofthe rs community have been crying for some sort of spell that sends items to the bank, ya just got one.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

catch is that it sucks to lvl, no real cash benefit, crowded atm, but nonetheless is going to be needed as a quest req. = you pest control nubs with no clue how to play the game, nor skills, but a massive combat... might want to learn your way around and skill to the lvl that the current quests dictate.. heheh

What about the hunters crossbow? Isn't it more powerful then a MSB and faster than the usual crossbow?

They bank 2 items for you, but are "used up" after they do so. We're yet to find a decent way this can be used effectively.

I've been catching imps, lots have been added to the map. I think the best place (if one exists) to trap them would be near a addy/mith mine, or yew/magic trees. That way you can trap and send items to bank.

hunting is: fun, entertaining, awesome, not for animal rights activists, and overall pretty cool

I can't believe people have such high Hunting as they do now. It's kind of sad I personally think... :? Especially since currently for the time it takes to get to 66 people could get to 70 in that time later when the Hunting areas aren't nearly as crowded. I wish it was less crowded so I could get my 66. :(

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

About the new crossbow, I think the Long Kebbit bolts are as strong as Addy arrows. That's fine though because you can use a shield as well. :wink: Chinchompas are also very amusing, although I can't really try Red ones yet due to way too many people hunting them. I actually find the gloves to be worse for theiving...I seem to get more successful ones without them. :uhh:

I can see the imps ability to return 2 items to bank VERY useful to high level miners.
