I reiterate my question since it was buried under spam You can only deliver one space of item. So you can only deliver 2 of a multiple and you can deliver all the stacked item's you want. I know of several places this can be used, and most are related to gathering things in very inconvenient places like the wilderness, haunted mines, desert mining camp, important drops in tough dungeons...
