I remember people were freakin out talkin about all the electricity was gonna go out. So my mom saved a couple 2-liters filled with water and candles just incase.

We had a party and stolen cable at the time, and Prince was doing his pay-per-view concert. Then we watched the ball drop and then burped so I can hold the title of "First person who burped in the millenium."

Me doing staff.

I partied like it was 1999 (propz if you get it). Seriously, I was visiting Edmonton, and I went to my best friend's house (who I slept over at his house or he slept over at mine for a whole year--even during Christmas). We played some hockey and had some friends over.

Thank you 4be2jue for the wonderful sig and avatar!

I was ten years old. I can't remember exactly, but I can bet that I was playing with fireworks.

Your name is "bet you fail", and you're starting a business with your mom? I'm not even going to touch that.....

One of my friends who was over was so worried about all the Y2K stuff that he went home at about 11:30.

Uh...I really don't remember. I think I spent that Christmas in New York with two aunts and uncles, but returned home by New Years (Eve). I probably did the usual, just watch the Times Square countdown, scream "It's ____!", jump, fall, and die.

I donno about 1999, but New Years Ever 2000 (which is technically Y2k) I believe I was watching 2001: A Space Odyssey for the first time.

I got pretty wasted...and arrested lol. my buddy whos a computer freak was worried the whoel network was going to crash so I completly cabbage faced attempt to turn his power off and cu this cable, but i triggered an alarm wich sent 5 Police cars...but that holding cell was nice...

rune,Ranger__999.gif I mean crap man, thats like his stomach plug on the ground back there, I mean im know doctor but that seems impossible due to body organs and cartelidge, i mean that was just one clean chunk

Just had the usual new years party. Nobody really worried about a computer crash.

My whole family went to sleep at eleven, because of the food we ate. My mother is not that good of a cook. We didn't really think the world would have ended, or computers crash. We were all cool.

I was wearing a tinfoil hat and hiding under my table.

Here's the kicker-- I was 8.

We went to the country.. to a house with no mains power and a solar panel and a gas fridge and absolutely nothing with a computer in it :D

All I remember is my entire family watching [bleep] Clark count down to midnight as we were all holding a glass of sparkling apple cider (Yay not being old enough to drink, LoL) and a flashlight.

sorry bros i'm not mexican
