December 9, 200619 yr My teacher told me about this, he said this guy was nuts, but brilliant. He had to wait until he hit the atmosphere before you could open his chute, or wouldnt work. He also told us a story about how the glove on one of his suits came off and the pressure in his hand was greater than the pressure outside of it, so his hand blew up like 3x the size it usally is. apparently this guy was awesome ;) C'YEA H0'KAY

December 9, 200619 yr How would he have not burned up when he passed through the atmosphere like a meteor? Pretty interesting though Meteors have tangent velocities in the kilometers per second. This guy jumped off a balloon, so he basically didnt have any. Gamertag: King Arizona

December 9, 200619 yr yea iv seen the vid in physics, its very insane. free fall for 4 minuetes is just crazy Does he have the world record for longest free fall? :| Cause I know there was this Russian fighter pilot in the 2nd World War that bailed out of his plane and his parachute failed and he went straight down. He survived cause he landed in very deep snow. The Enrichment Center reminds you that the weighted companion cube will never threaten to stab you and, in fact, cannot speak. December 10, 200619 yr Now correct me if Im wrong but wasnt Yuri Gagarin the first man in space and wasnt that in 1961? He who learns must suffer, and, even in our sleep, pain that cannot forget falls drop by drop upon the heart, and in our own despair, against our will, comes wisdom to us by the awful grace of God. - Aeschylus (525 BC - 456 BC)
